I had a 9 iron that had a defect after 10 months. My golf club have been trying to get issue resolved. - for over 3 months! Frankly I'd just settle for having faulty club back, but cannot even achieve that. The lady I phoned at the Mizuno Golf department said she would investigate and get back - but surprise surprise she didn't - and now just seems to cut me off when I call, before putting on her answerphone. The whole saga is a total joke, and all over one defect club! I certainly will NOT be buying Mizuno again, or recommending. Who needs such absurd hassle. Thought I may as well post this to be helpful to other would-be buyers. Only positive is I've learnt how to choke back on my 8 iron a bit, so not all bad news!

Ordered a Judo Gi from them. They have 0 form of customer support. Email is a no reply, Contact form bugs with a Captcha internal error and the phone number they provide reachs nothing. I paid an extra 10 euros for shipping (I could have paid nothing for the free 3 days) for 1-2 shipping, 2 days later, the product is still not shipped (needed it for a WE competition). I think I will eventually get it but honnestly, it's really really bad. Their website has bunch of other errors and lots of weird domain names (I thought originally they were just scams, but its not). I'll stick to local shop for their products as they really suck on their online visibility. They should have a stronger team for this, it gives a really bad image for their amazing products. EDIT: Contact form works cause they replied to me. They are really responsive once the ticket is in the queue. Got my product a bit later than expected but overall, I'm happy.

I ordered a pair of white football shoes for Christmas and they sent the wrong colour (blue). I returned the blue pair and repurchased the white ones, but again, they sent the blue pair. I returned again and called up to say that their website is clearly not pulling in the correct stock. They realised there was an issue and contacted me when it was fixed to say I could make my order and the white pair would be sent. I made the order again for a pair of white boots but unbelievably, they sent the blue pair again. Of course I will be returning the third pair of incorrect blue boots. Frustratingly, I am still waiting on a refund for all of my returns due to delays in UPS's return service. Mizuno forgot to include commercial invoices for the items, which meant there were issues in returning from the UK back to Belgium, which is where they send their football shoes from. Despair and desperation comes to mind. I'm £810 down with no refund and not even the right pair of boots. Their customer service is appalling. AVOID MIZUNO! It's a total scam operation.

Watch out everyone - there are lots of imposters of the mizuno website (in Canada). I thought I was on an official site, paid for some cleats to be shipped, and immediately was redirected to another site and PayPal process where my credit card info was taken and no product delivered. Mizuno says they are trying to close down these imposter sites - but that's a sham too - there's at least 3 imposter websites currently active now that I know what to look for. Mizuno clearly doesn't care about that - beware!!

Bought mizuno wave running shoes 5 months ago £130. Holes in the toes already.
They wouldn't replace them.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole !!

Just got my new 221 irons this week just as the label says they are incredible.

Bestilte i 2020 et nyt jernsæt med custom skafter. Sættet blev leveret efter 7 uger, så det er en fin leveringstid, men det blev leveret med de forkerte skafter. De sagde at de ville prioritere mit sæt og få leveret med korrekte skafter, det tog så 8 uger! Jeg har netop modtaget min nye ST 220G driver, men hip hip hurra, igen er den leveret med det forkerte skaft 🤔 Havde forventet mere af så stort og traditionsrigt et firma.

On 10/10/2021 I bought the Wave Prophecy 9 sneakers, through the website mizunoportugal.com. The website mentions that the delivery is made within 10 days after payment confirmation. The payment of €121 has been confirmed “Payment Success”, “Encomenda #44b638-121“ and the 10 days have passed. I searched in the website for a contact, which apparently doesn't have, only a system to send messages. I sent a message which always had problems with the “sending”, until one day, I found another site: mizunolisbon.com whose information is exactly the same as the site mizunoportugal.com, however the messaging system on the mizunolisbon website apparently worked, and I sent a request for information regarding the purchase of sneakers. Until today I don't have any kind of information (12/11/2021) regarding the purchase made. I believe that these sites, written above, are a fraud. And I hereby alert other consumers of a possible fraud. And what I would really like was to get the value back.

Bought a pair of Muzuno Wave Rider, high ankle running trainers, and have to say they are by fat the most comfortable, hard wearing and well made trainer I have ever bought. I was so impressed I decided to leave a review.

Have games Mizuno products for years and have never had reason to complain.

I emailed some feedback, not a complaint. To say how they replied and dealt with it was first class, hats off Mizuno ten outta ten from me!

I ordered a pair of shoes. Mizuno cancelled the order because they were not in stock. This was not indicated on the website. After 6 weeks, 3 mails, 1 phone call (0800 number) I still did not get my money back!!

After a great fitting experience at Silvermere and a months wait last year, I cannot speak highly enough about the JPX919 Forged. Just received new wedges with the same delivery delay but this was acceptable compared to Taylor Made.

I question the quality of the Mizuno bag I have had for only a year or so, with a faulty zip but the colour scheme is so striking I cannot part with it.

My jpx919 irons were send back for warranty due to laquer peeling from back of iron. I was told this was normal???? I have a business in spray painting, so I know these are lies.the lack of communication after sending emails is terrible. “NOTHING FEELS LIKE A BRUSH OFF FROM MIZUNO”

Two recent issues. Firstly new Driver delivery. After 4 months wait, they still were unable to commit to a shipping date. Secondly, 3 wood. Had a custom fit, ordered early as it’s a newly released club. Club arrived 3 weeks late with wrong shaft. Mizuno said, well we don’t have the shaft you want so we sent something we think is similar! Returned club and specified a different shaft. 3 weeks since I returned it, not a word from them. Trying to get any type of contact or response is impossible. ‘Nothing feels like a Mizuno’ , should read ‘No one cares less about customers than Mizuno’.

Very disappointed with Mizuno's customer service. I preordered a putter that there site said that they would be releasing the new model on February 18 and would ship then. My order was back ordered and would be fulfilled march 19 but I was not notified of the status of my order i contacted them via chat and that was another experience. I cancelled the otder since I needed it for a tournament but they could not provide me with a cancellation # just have to take their word for it was cancelled. They had no issues charging my account prior to shipping any product.
Felt a little shady. Do not recommend ordering mizuno product through this site.

Best running shoes I've had, better than Asics. The cushioning is amazing with the Wave Rider at least.

J’ai acheté des chaussures pour faire de la marche rapide. La vendeuse m’a conseillé des Mizuno WaveriderTT 135 euros.
Ces chaussures sujettes à l’aquaplaning : la moindre trace d’eau et le pied part vers l’avant. Résultat : ma première sortie m’a valu une belle entorse au poignet . Tomber ne m’était jamais arrivé auparavant.
Mon conseil si vous devez pratiquer autre part que sur une piste, fuyez ces chaussures ! ELLES SONT TRES DANGEREUSES.

I bought for 200€ a pair of Mizuno originally prized 320€, very beautiful. After 2 months the plastic finishes detached from the soles as if they were cut, in bosth shoes. I went to the shop in Chalandri, Greece, and they changed my shoes for a new pair, same price, though not as beautiful as the first pair. Very fair. Afte less than 2 months the back of the shoes started crumbling as cardboard. Never to buy any product from this company again and I discourage others to buy.

Having had experience of Mizuno Golf equipment for some year I have never considered another company. My latest purchase some two years ago was a complete set of Mizuno Clubs Woods and Irons. There is no problem with the clubs themselves but the Head Covers are very poor quality. I recently contacted Mizuno and was told no we do not have spares of head covers for three year old clubs. OK what would we say if the spares were for a car or a boiler or most products. To be told its out of warranty so cannot help. This issue probably is a Golf manufacturer issue. Take the money and go away. It is no wonder people get fed up with Golf manufacturers.
