A scam website they give faulty and fake products from India. My money is wasted totally

Be careful with this company. Refund hasn't been processed event after my repeated request. Its been over a month now.

I bought a mixer grinder from them because they mentioned voltage and "plug" suitable for Australia.
The one I received doesn't have an Australian plug. They just had a cheap power adapter connected to the plug.

The order was placed on 11/04 and the company sent me invoice and then the tracking number saying it will be picked up on 14/04 but till today nothing , spoke to the people and they were saying that the order has been dispatched. Sendle company said thay could not pick up order. Then spoke to the Mix and Grind people and they were not helpful and have asked them to refund my money. He did send the screen dump of refund transaction but have to wait and see

This appears to be an unreasonable push, to buy an older model For the same price!
Disappointed, Will let people know about this unethical ways of conducting business in Australia.
Prior to purchase & payment, Even though I called twice to firstly check the product availability and secondly to check the product reviews and customer ratings, what I see below is just the opposite of all the steps taken to avoid this dubious outcomes.
Please refund immediately the Total amount to my card.
After a week, still not refunded.
Beware of this company, not recommended for any purchases.

I am extremely disappointed with the roti maker I purchased from this company. The product broke on its first use, which is unacceptable considering its price. The quality is very poor and it's clear that the company prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the product, the company asked me to send it back via post, which I did. However, they never refunded my money. It's been two months since I returned the product and I have yet to receive my refund.

I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. The lack of quality and unreliable customer service is shocking. Buyers beware!

I bought roti maker but the plug that came with it started smoking in first hand use. I contacted them through chat message and email. The customer service said they will get back to me shortly to resolve the issue but they never did. I contacted them through email again but no response yet. Hence one star for faulty product and zero customer service.

Comparing to other sites this would be the one of the best site to buy kitchen appliances.

This is a fraud company. I ordered a mixer grinder and till now haven't got it delivered. The delivery agent says they went to pick up but there was no mixer grinder available. Now I have been following up but in vain. Their phone number doesn't work. No customer service available. Terrible, terrible experience. Please avoid this company. I will also lodge an official complaint. This is pure fraud.

When the order reached to me, I opened the parcel and saw that the electric switch plug was not for Australian household purposes, instead they had provided an adapter to it, which also was of a very poor quality. The finishing of the blender jars was also very poor, So I called the gentleman who's mobile was provided in their web site +61047031743. So I told him the issue on which he told me to return the parcel and that he will return the money. Also he told me that all the Mixer and Grinders are Made in India and that they don't manufacture electrical plugs for Australian electric switches in place of that they provide Adaptors to it, But this issue was not mentioned on their site and neither it was mentioned in any of the documents which accompanied the parcel. So I politely told him that I will not risk working with the appliance which I bought for 409.00 AUD as adaptors don't even have Australian Quality Certifications as they are not checked by Australian Standards. After this incident I have called him many times and wrote him many requests to return my money but he has not reimbursed it, till date.

Terrible company, fake business not based in australia selling cheap crap and offering zero customer service.
They have a 2 star rating on Google and are not worth dealing with.
Accc and fairtrading are investigating this business.

Edit- you want to look into this? You sent a dodgy chocolate refining machine with broken wiring, refused to replace it, told me to organise an electrician, and you'd pay, we did that and you refused to pay, then the motor smoked and it nearly caught fire on first use, and you still refuse to refund us.
