Disappointing. I requested a collection and post service, she was busy & I was told I would called be back and that collection would happen the next day. I wasn’t contacted on the Friday so I called on the Monday. Teresa was very nice and apologised and said she’d collect that day and I would have it by Wednesday at the latest. I received Royal Mail notification it would be delivered on friday. It wasn’t delivered and tracking info tells me it was posted at the end of the day on Wednesday on a 48 hr tracked not 24hr - very inconsiderate considering there is a £1 difference in the services. £18 for this :(
I wanted to take it away with me but I won’t be able to now as I leave tomorrow. Shoddy

From initial enquiry/quote right through to collection, packaging and posting, Theresa provided a friendly, very quick and highly efficient service. Very reassuring, as I was purchasing a delicate painting that needed careful packaging.

My painting arrived quickly and safely today by tracked post, and it was clear a lot of effort had been put into packing it securely. Would be more than happy to use her service again.
