Absolutely love this brand! The designs are very cute, and excellent quality. A little expensive for me, but I guess the quality of clothing is worth it. I get so many compliments when I wear their clothing

The clothing is exceptionally made and very whimsical. I love the designs. However, their size range leaves A LOT to be desired. Do not by anything “one size” unless you wear a bra size smaller than 34dd.

I love this brand. Their clothes are so cute and well made and your order arrives very quickly. Lovely customer service as well. My only comlplaint is that the clothes tend to run quite small and some items are one size only.

I spotted the chubby acorn earrings worn by a beautiful model on an Instagram reel and had to have them. I've not had the chance to wear them yet but very much look forward to doing so. I am impressed by the quality of the item and also the speedy despatch with was virtually immediate. I really enjoy the way the creative way the reels are put together, the top to toe outfits that are so inspiring, and also the livestreams from various parts of the UK, sometimes in the wilds of Cumbria! Keep up the good work, Miss Patina.

I have a couple of Miss Patina pieces now that are lovely and soft with good comfortable quality. Their website is very good, niche designs by Holly the owner and discounts to be found!

I have been a fan of Miss Patina since 2019 and have always loved and admired their beautiful and timeless pieces! They are a wonderful small business with so much heart and meaning behind every item, and everything I have from them both looks and feels great to wear.
In 2023 I was actually invited to their studio to try on some of their clothes, meet the team and do a small photoshoot which was so much fun and definitely a day I will never forget! Miss Patina really is a wonderful brand and definitely worth every penny.

I've been a Miss Patina customer since 2021 when I was still living in the USA. After I saw a video from Beryl Shereshewsky with a cat collar, I landed upon Miss Patina's website. Seeing how much higher quality the cat collar was than the one Beryl was wearing in her YouTube video, I instantly became a fan.

I continued ordering from them even when I moved to Norway, but I noticed a huge difference in shipping prices due to Norwegian taxation rules. So I visited the Miss Patina studio in-person during a study trip to mitigate this cost as well as find a dress for my graduation and the employees there were so very lovely and patient. They ensured I was comfortable at all times and even offered alternatives. My body is very short, pudgy, and not as slender and elegant as I'd like; nonetheless, they were very encouraging, positive, and provided amazing service. I can't wait to continue trying out their newer apparel lines and finding more confidence in my academic and professional work with Miss Patina. Their clothing and staff have genuinely provided me with a new sense of pride in what I do in my everyday life. Plus, I look and feel cute too!

The package arrived quickly and safely packed. I love all the clothes I picked up from Miss Patina and I have never been disappointed with my order. The clothes have original designs, vintage flair and perfect color palette!

De plus, après avoir mis plus d'un mois à recevoir mon article et après avoir été très mal aidée par le Customer Service, je ne recommande absolument pas de commander des articles chez misspatina.

Très jolis vêtements de bonne qualité.
Cependant :
- si vous envoyez des mails au service client afin de contacter la marque, n’espérez pas recevoir de réponse (mes nombreux mails ont été ignorés).
- les couleurs peuvent parfois varier : les couleurs pastels sont plus foncées en vrai que sur les photos. Seules les couleurs sombres de base sont identiques.

I used to be a fan and purchase their clothes very often. However, the recent experience made me very disappointed and would never buy anything from them again! Last week, I bought £201 of clothing and used coupon (£40 off when you spend £200). After the parcel arrived, I found the brim of the hat was too large for me (I have a small head) and then I returned the hat for refund. However, when I received the refund it made me confused! They just refunded me £28, while the original price of the hat is £55, if I used the coupon it should be £44, after £3 deduction of postage fees, it should be £41! Therefore, I asked their customer service team, they said my order was no longer £201 if I return the hat, so the coupon was canceled they refused to offer me £40 off in this case, thus I have to pay extra money for my order! That really made me sick, as this is the first time I see any retailers do refund like this! I returned a hat then I have to pay £13 extra! In addition, I swear I have never seen the related terms in their return policy when I made the purchased, and after my case they updated that part and sent me the link of it! Ridiculous! Avoid dealing with them about any refund! If you want to purchase their products never think of refund!

I had prompt email replies from customer care, they always respond to issues faced. I do appreciate their design and will shop again

I have shopped at miss patina multiple times and there has never been a problem. The clothes are great quality and can be sent back without too much trouble. I have done so myself. They have great customer support as well. Really nice.

Les articles sont de bonnes qualités et les retours sont très corrects mais malheureusement les couleurs ne correspondent jamais aux photos. Attendez vous à des couleurs plus foncées. Attention aux tons pastels ou neutre (beige, rose ou bleu) Désormais je ne prends que des couleurs foncées.
