absolutely amazing product! complete game changer on how i communicate with my team and customers! couldn’t be more happier with the integrations and features

I've tried more email clients over the years that I care to admit. You name them - Gmail, Outlook, Spark, Front, the list goes on. That search finally ended when we discovered Missive about 2 years ago. It is near perfect and solves all the issues most email clients have.

The impact on my productivity is huge and I cannot imagine having to go back to gmail or similar. Here is a small sampling of the things I love.

1. The internal team collaboration/comment features are such a huge time saver, eliminating back and forth.
2. The ability to completely customize the sidebar to suit me and or your team, instead of the rigid paradigms imposed by other email clients.
3. The rules engines and contact book features blow away gmail and outlook.
4. The integrations are super powerful, for instance we use ClickUp and the integration is far more useful than ClickUp own native integration with gmail! The same applies to Dialpad and Hubspot.
5. Support from the Missive team is near instant and from a real team member.

Try it out, this is how software should be designed, it's such a great app!

Small bug found - amazing service.

Been a Missive user for around 7 years and always been impressed with the service and product. Found a small bug yesterday. Within 5 hours of raising, I'd had an apology, 4 updates, and a patch to fix the issue. Amazing service which is clearly delivered using the product itself. Thanks again.

The software is Grear. It has a lot of valuable features, such as RULES, RESPONSES, INTREGATIONS among others.
There are some minor features for Android to be fixed that could be a wonderful experience in both platforms (MAC & ANDROID)

My favorite work app! I am on Missive all day every day for my consulting business and couldn't imagine working with out. I have several clients, and this is the one app that can keep my head straight with all their different emails and communications. Plus the team is very responsive about questions and support!

Missive is making our email process SO much more manageable as a marketing team. In addition to the great product, they also have a great support team that has been super helpful and quick to jump into action. Can't say enough good things about Missive so far!

I've searched for similar software for what I need- team communication and email management. I like the interface to communicate with my team and assign tasks from emails received. I appreciate that it works with Microsoft 365 products. A lot of similar services only work with Google. Although I wish they did not only work on chained/treaded email, it does have some advantages and I can understand why they need it that way.

I use it daily to communicate efficiently with my team on emails received and assign tasks.. or for internal communication.

There are lots more features we are not using yet. But it can be as powerful as you need. I think pricing is fair for what it offers. and the product doesn't have downtime. Support is consistently good. There are lots of training offered.

I tested about 10 Tools that promise team-collaboration for Gmail Accounts.
They all seem to be 80% tools: 20% functionality was always missing.

Missive has it all — especially the fine-tuning that is so much needed for power users. It seems that they thought about everything. You can fine-tune to your very individual needs. It's the tool I was waiting for.

Fantastic and fast support, they fixed 2 very important issues we were having with some rules for our organization in a matter of days. I love the interface and all the functionalities that they provide. Everything you can expect for an efficient working environment.
