Not legit - selling fakes
I saw some hard to find Chanel "dad sandals" from Mislux on Poshmark. I was going to buy them through Poshmark since they authenticate items, but checked out Mislux website and the Yelp reviews. Since they listed a refund policy and had so many positive reviews on this site, I felt comfortable buying directly from Mislux (the shoes were $200 less than on Poshmark). I purchased the shoes on April 18th and received them on April 20th. When the shoes arrived, I could tell immediately they were fakes. I had searched around and read about what to look for and the first thing I noticed was the numbering on the inside of the shoe. Chanel uses specific fonts, especially for the number 3 and these were not authentic. I sent them back at a cost of $43 to me, so I could have receipts for delivery. After numerous attempts, they were delivered back to Mislux on April 29, 2023 with a signature. As of today, May 13, 2023, I have not received any notification nor have I received a refund. I have called and left messages (no one answers the phone) and have sent numerous emails. I have my credit card company involved as well and feel this will get resolved one way or another but wanted to post this because I relied on reviews so did not want someone else to go through this. I don't know if it is just shoes that are a problem for them because all of the other reviews on here about purses are very positive. I will just say before buying shoes from here, ask to see numbering on the inside of the shoe. Do a little googling on authentication of Chanel (or any other designer for that matter). Also realize that just because they list a refund policy, does not mean they honor it. One last thing: I went to Poshmark to leave a warning review and their listings are no longer on there. Poshmark must have realized they were selling fakes.
