Order on 7, Oct 2022, it’s now the 13th and I paid for expedited. The one star is generous. I paid for 3 contact lens through beacolor and based off PayPal the transaction went paypal account that now can’t be tracked . all tracking numbers provided can’t be tracked. Being that I work for the government, I will report this a fraud and a scammer. This is crazy, never us this site.

I ordered seven pairs and the first pair I put in was so big it made my eyes look like they were bulging! So disappointed that you can't get smaller ones. Apparently eyes aren't necessarily one size fits all.

Still haven't received order??? Weeks ago.😔

Great quality lenses. I have black eyes which are usually very difficult to cover and receive light blue or grey color. I've ordered 10 different lenses from Mislens, they are comfortable to wear for a full day, and actually they DO cover my black eyes with no problem! Final result is beautiful and naturally looking. Taking a star away because customer service was slow to reply about my order status. Originally I expected my order to be shipped from their US warehouse, and it turned that it was shipped from China because they didn't have some of my items in their US branch in stock, everything arrived within 18 days.

So, if you are planning to order from their US location, make sure to confirm that US branch has it in stock!

Positive experience overall, will order again in the future.

Poor disgusting customer service. Long story short playing a tennis match via email I requested a refund of whole amount so that I put in the new order or they refund me the difference and I get what I paid for.
They simply ignored to work it out further and just said they have answered my question and to refer back to their reply in their second email and they haven’t replied to me since.
I should have read reviews before ordering. Highly doubt I will be receiving my 7 pairs! Be aware ladies! 0 stars if I could!

I’m just going to copy/paste my review from beacolors.com since the contacts I received were Mislens brand and my Venmo was billed as “Mislens.” This did not come from Mislens.com but they ARE selling products by and billing under that name.

Ordered ten pairs, because it was BOGO 5 for 5 and the site advertises that shipping is free over three pairs, but I was still charged for shipping. I had to get Venmo involved to get back $10.99 and had to contact PayPal just to get tracking numbers because the tracking email never came. I tried to email them and use the phone number listed on the site and neither worked, in fact the emails were returned unable to send. After I got PayPal involved I did get the email of tracking info. Half my order has arrived from the US warehouse, but the other half hasn’t left China yet and it’s been over a week. Obviously you can’t get ahold of these people unless you’re PayPal threatening to refund the money to the customer. Not sure if I’ll ever see the other half of my order. The five that came from their warehouse in California are Mislens brand, which is also how the charge showed up on Venmo. I’m afraid to actually put them in my eyes after seeing some of the warnings online about “non-prescription contacts” (ie: ILLEGAL contacts) and I’ve since reported the company for unlawful sales of medical equipment in the US and contacted Venmo again about a refund since they’re likely unsafe to wear and definitely being illegally sold. Still waiting on a response from Venmo. They don’t require a prescription so they’re breaking federal law and they have a US warehouse in California - DON’T buy from this site! The Mislens trustpilot review page has 46% NEGATIVE reviews. That should tell you something by itself! They advertise that the contacts are “FDA-approved” and safe to wear, made from safe materials, blah blah… but the FDA has nothing to do with this company or they would REQUIRE a prescription regardless of whether or not they need to be corrective, or simply cosmetic lenses. Be smarter than I was — STAY FAR AWAY!! My 16yo niece called it: any company selling $10 contacts is likely to make you go blind. There goes $65 down the drain because I didn’t do thorough enough research before buying. *facepalm* My 16yo niece is going to have a good laugh at my expense. From the reviews here and on the Mislens page, I’m not likely to ever see the other half of my order. Thankfully, if Venmo doesn’t help me out, PayPal said they’d issue a refund if/when the other half of my order doesn’t arrive. I feel so freaking stupid!

I placed my first order I got no confirmation email and I'm reaching out to them and they cant find my order yet the money is out of my account.

Ordered contacts back in February. Tracking still say in Hong Kong. Emailed and got a reply that stated the delay is due to COVID....????. Requested they just cancel my order and refund. It's been well over 30 days. Now, I get no response or product.

I received my order within a few weeks of purchasing; however, the quality of the green, blue-earth color contacts is not good. It didn’t look anything like the picture, and you basically can’t even see the color. A complete waist of money.

I have to take back my first review, I received my merchandise only after PayPal got involved nonetheless I would be a bit leary of their Co. If you have to use force or pressure to get what you paid for? Is it worth ordering thru them again?

I ordered 3 pairs of whiteout contacts. They are supposed to white out the eye color and not the world. Could not see through them; it was like throwing a white sheet ever my head, which I will probably end up doing now that this site ruined my Halloween with a faulty supply. I ordered another pair from a more trusted seller so hopefully those will be here before Halloween. Do not order from these people.

Pos company! The contact is costume not a regular pair of color lenses that are clear.and you can't see out of them a pure waste of money.

I was thinking about ordering lens from this comapnay but , I have to be able to contact them and with this company you can not so I will not be giving them my business , sorry
