The material and embroidery was great . It’s a loose fit dress

The outfits I ordered were just like the pictures! I was a little suspicious at first to order, but so glad I went with my gut and ordered. The material is great and the beadwork and embroidery was great! It’s a little big on me, but that I can get altered. The only thing I wish was better was communication through WhatsApp. They responded to the very first message then stopped responding altogether. Minus that issue, the products were great.

Product is low quality ,the button in the skirt is rusted shows how negligent

Mishuuu delivered it so much faster than the other international company I have ordered from, it came so fast and looks wonderful, beautiful beading! I will get the top taken in and steam dress, but I am very happy with quality.

I ordered a suit which turned out tobe small on me so I contacted mishuuu to return it & order the nxt size up. I was told to keep the small suit & they would send out another in my size. It never arrived despite numerous promises. There was clearly no intention on their part to honour their side of the bargain. I also requested a refund if they are unable to supply the promised suit. This too fell on deaf ears. Plz keep away from this business if you value integrity & professionalism.

Fantastic first experience with Mishuuu.
My outfit was tight for me and instead of paying for returns and then having to order a new outfit etc they kindly offered me a small refund to help cover tailoring costs. Really appreciate the refund and great customer service.

The suit arrived too small and the kameez was shorter than advertised. Whilst I was disappointed that the suit was unwearable (as my actual size is unavailable) I was very happy with the customer service representative who arranged for a prompt refund. Product useless, customer service excellent. Thanks Ayush 👍

Very bad dress size and bad service

Please dont waste your money the sizes are bad large size is like a 12year old and very poor customer service please dont ever order from here

The timing was great, but I would have loved if you explicitly mentioned I would be responsible for customs separately

They gave me the wrong size, the quality of clothes is AWFUL and the worst part is you’re not allowed to return it, they only offer you store credit; it’s stupid because their sizing is ridiculous and now I’m forced to spend money there. SCAM please don’t order from here!!! And they took WEEKS to deliver. Not worth your money shop elsewhere!!!
