Habe im November 2024 eine Kaffeemaschine bestellt und gleich mit Twint 299.00 SFR bezahlt
Die Firma Mireza hat sich bei mir gemeldet das das Paket am 07. 01 geliefert wurde aber bei mir ist das Paket nicht angekommen
Die Firma meldet sich nicht zurück obwohl ich schon viele E -Mails geschickt habe
Weiss jemand eine Telefonnummer oder einen Rat was ich machen kann
Für mich ist das viel Geld
