I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The saree I received looks completely different from the picture shown online. The colour is not as advertised—it’s a very dark, jelly-like pink that is quite unpleasant.
The quality is also very poor and not what I expected at all. Although the seller mentions a return option, I’m unable to return it because I had the saree stitched based on the expectation that it would match the image.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not purchase from this seller again.

At the time of purchase, I was explicitly assured that the item would be delivered before Eid, with an expected delivery date of 17 March 2026. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.
On 15 March 2026, I was informed that the order had been dispatched via Atlantic (Tracking No: xxxxx6647). However, as of today,30rd march the item remains undelivered and is still marked as “in transit,” with no confirmed delivery date.
This delay is unacceptable. The item was specifically purchased for use during Eid, and as the festive period has now passed, the purpose of the purchase has been completely defeated. Furthermore, my repeated attempts to obtain clarification have only resulted in generic and automated responses, with no meaningful assistance or accountability.
Based on the above, I consider this a clear case of:
Failure to deliver within the promised timeframe
Misrepresentation of delivery commitments
Failure to provide adequate customer support. Furthermore more your company didn't even start sending my purchase for my kids and quickly want to refund that orders. So I want a total full refund even for my orders so I reject 3 purchases
Accordingly. They kept replying WhatsApp msg that they can't refund yet ask me to wait for the purchase to receive. What a unprofessional sales is this.

I ordered kameez online arrived on time product was exactly as photo stiching is great..The fitting was awesome no alterations required..I Am very pleased.

I recently bought a lovely dress from Mirraw for my daughter, I sent the measurements etc and received the dress. However on reducing the dress, I noticed there was no zip, buttons or any type of opening in order to get the dress on. My daughter couldn't slip on the dress as the was simply no opening. I contacted Mirraw about this and they advised that their measurements description didn't state there was a zip. Common sense would know a zip is needed to get into the dress. Are numerous complaints, all I get back is there stock response of the agreed measurements are final. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and even more ridiculous tailoring service.

I had a query regarding my order tracking, and the customer support team responded very quickly. They were helpful and efficient, resolving the issue promptly and making sure my order was completed without any hassle.

They have a huge collection to choose from, which makes the shopping experience even better. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Umar was very professional. I was surprised to receive such a fast response to my question. It helped me to place my order within minutes. This is my first order with Mirraw and so far the process and the service I received was excellent.

I had ordered a saree and dupattas to make poshak for Ram Naumi. Love the quality of the gota patti dupatta and the saree is simple but stunning. I just wish there was a bit more of the embroidery. In any case, we tried to use it to best of our ability. Overall happy with my purchase.

To express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent experience purchasing from Mirraw, and I would advise against ordering from them if you are located outside of India. I purchased a Kurta, but the item I received was a completely different size than what I ordered. Despite this being an error on Mirraw's part, I am expected to pay for the return shipping, which will likely cost more than the item itself. Furthermore, I recommend being cautious about providing them with your email address, as I have received a significant amount of unsolicited marketing emails.

Everything was great and arrived on time. Apart from.one outfit which arrived after 2 months and the event we needed the outfit for had passed.

Uzer was amazing and really helpful over the phone to get my bulk order sorted. Hopefully all the outfits turn out great.
