Overpriced and ineffective – looks good, does nothing

Yes, the Miroshine electric toothbrush is cute and stylish, and the battery life is excellent — I haven’t had to charge it since I unpacked it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

As a toothbrush, it’s a flop. There is no noticeable difference between the three cleaning modes that Miroshine claims it has. It feels weak and ineffective, and simply does not clean like an electric toothbrush should — especially at this price point.

I bought these as Christmas gifts for my sons and I’m honestly embarrassed to give them. They are vastly overpriced for what they actually do.

To make things worse, I contacted customer support and was offered a 50% refund while keeping the product “to avoid the hassle of a return.” I agreed to this offer immediately and then… silence. No refund. No follow-up. Nothing.

My impression is that this partial-refund offer is designed to quiet customers and discourage negative reviews, not to resolve issues properly. It didn’t work here.

At the end of the day, this is an expensive product that prioritises looks over performance. Save your money and buy a toothbrush that actually cleans your teeth.

I've had some of the most expensive electric toothbrush made by Philip and Oral-B. I'm a perfectionist so I tried many other brands also. It wasn't till I found mirishine that I really became happy. I'm going on a month now and I still haven't charged it up. Also the pulsating action of the brush not only is it comfortable but it's really polishing my teeth and making them white. I use to hate brushing my teeth but now I look forward to it also has that squeaky clean I guess because the brush is running at such a high RPM. Also the toothbrush is very quiet and doesn't make much noise. I highly ecommended it!

Well got delivery of my miroshine toothbrush yesterday charged it with the recommended 5v charger and its been charging for about 20hrs now and it is still not showing fully charged. This dosent seem normal, have sent Miroshine an email but still no response.
So Miroshine have said that they will send me a replacement toothbrush which i am now waiting for, we will have to see what happens when i get the replacement toothbrush, will update this review accordingly.

So this is an update to my above review, not sure if this is the way to update a previous review though.

So Miroshine made good on their promise and sent me a replacement brush soon after i contacted them and since writing my review in November i haven't had to charge my new toothbrush which is amazing. I love how light and compact the brush is and how clean it stays buy far the best electric toothbrush i have owned and well worth the money spent.

Love the Microshine toothbrush! It’s so much better than a conventional electric toothbrush - gentler on gums. When I had an issue with the charger, Microshine sent a replacement. Prompt replies to emails and sorted the problem.

Very helpful! When my new toothbrush wouldn't charge, they quickly responded asking for a photo and video and posted a replacement. Shipping was slow but the new toothbrush and charger arrived as planned. I have sensitive gums, so this toothbrush has been perfect for me, cleaning efficiently and carefully once you get used to it.

Got this toothbrush as a gift for my birthday from my husband and I gotta say - I am loving this thing. Makes my mouth feel dentist level clean, the charge lasts for 2 months and the best part is the design, never seen a toothbrush that could even come close to the MiroShine. Much recommended from my experiece at least!

I’ve been using one for around two months. Like the travel case. I’ve been putting it in its stand to store as it doesn’t sit on my bench. The charge holder has gone very brown. This is understandable.
I would have not worried too much about that but went to my hygienist today who showed me how I now had a lot of plaque which is inflaming my gums and recommended I went back to my OralB except for travel.
It also did not remove stains from my teeth. I used it lightly following directions and bought two - one as a gift - with extra heads.
Happy to be refunded.

My oral broke and my friend suggesting me trying out the miroshine brush, got it 2 months ago and I am loving it - soft on my sensitive gums and makes my teeth feel super clean. Love that, much recommended!

Disappointed with misleading promotion and poor customer service

I purchased two toothbrushes from this website, which clearly advertised a free water flosser and tongue cleaner with the order. The tongue cleaner was automatically added to the cart, but the water flosser wasn’t, and when I tried to add it manually, it showed the full price.

I went ahead with the purchase and contacted customer service, thinking it was just a mistake. Unfortunately, they refused to honour the promotion, even when I provided proof. They later offered to send the flosser only if I paid for shipping, which was unreasonably expensive.

I’ve been trying to resolve this for a while now, and still haven’t received a proper response. I also tried to get a refund, but the return policy wasn’t as advertised, making it even more frustrating.

Be careful and read the fine print. The promotion was misleading, and the customer service experience was disappointing. I won’t be shopping here again.

I bought a Miroshine Electric toothbrush in April. At first it was great but then it stopped working - I was unable to charge it and it would turn off 2 seconds after turning on. If you buy a Miroshine toothbrush in Australia you are not protected by our Consumer Protection. After numerous emails, Miroshine was unable to offer a replacement and finally they offered a 40% discount on a new one. Unfortunately, I had lost faith in the product and wouldn't spend another $70 dollars on a second one that may not work for long. Beware, if you want a long lasting product - my last Electric toothbrush lasted 6 years and cost half the price.

I saw an advert for their toothbrushes on facebook, I've been using one for 2 months now and I am loving it. Miroshine has to be the sleekest and most modern looking toothbrush. Got one for my dad aswell haha :)

ve been using the Miroshine toothbrush for a couple of weeks now and honestly, I’m never going back. It’s quieter, feels more refined in the hand, and the brushing experience is just smoother. My teeth feel cleaner, and I actually look forward to brushing now—it’s like a little self-care moment. Love the design too. Sleek, minimal, and way more stylish than my old Oral-B.

This is another scam website, which let you paying for products and wait endless time, everything is coming from china, but in the web site nothing is mentioned, be careful people
