Ordered a rocking chair online middle of June now they have closed their info@mireondesigndotcom so I cannot chase the order or get my money back. So not use scam scam scam

Received a charm instead! No emails send…

I placed an order had an email from them to say they have received my order, I went in to the Shop link in the email and could see my order there in the app, it disappeared off the app a week later. I’ve sent emails only to get back an undelivered return to sender as address doesn’t exist, I tried their phone number which is a mobile number, just disconnects, no ringing, nothing. I have now informed my bank and they are dealing with it. I didn’t expect this to happen through TikTok shop

Not even one star it’s a total SCAM I ordered a rocking chair and they sent me a small cross charm for a bracelet that’s worth around 5p and now won’t answer emails.

Item that I ordered never received, a cheap charm arrived instead, I have been completely scammed. Please do not order from this company.

Total scam! I ordered two glider chairs and today received 2 charms, numerous emails sent but obviously not delivered as email is fake too. Thought it would be fine as purchased through TikTok, won’t be repeating this mistake 🤬

Total scam- ordered a chair from TikTok shop- what arrived was a tiny charm. Email address to contact them obviously doesn’t exist. £40 down the drain!

They have charged me over £80. The good never arrived. They said they will refund, it’s been over two weeks. They will not reply to emails. Do not buy with this company. I have twins on the way, that money could have been so helpful towards them. But instead scammers have stolen from me.

Scammers - send you a head instead of a rocking chair no email after that bounce back DO NOT BUY

Complete scam like everyone else order tracking saying delivered, 2 tiny charms arrived, emails being returned and non delivery. Wish I had searched the company before hand. Cannot believe this is still allowed and they have not been stopped. Disgusting that this is happening to so many people as looks so legit.

Do not buy from this organisation! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a grey glider chair for the garden and they delivered a 0.9mm silver and white bead! I have emailed with evidence of the wrong item being delivered, but the email address provided to raise concerns is suddenly "undeliverable"! The website also doesn't open on safari from the link attached to their shipment email. Total scammer. £36 for a bead! Outrageous. I'm now making a claim with my bank.

A zero would be appropriate... ordered a glider chair, only to be told it's been delivered, nope, a crappy trinket was delivered instead! Just like alot of other reviews, email gets sent back, how are these companies allowed to get away with this!

Like everyone else said - its a complete scam sadly. Ordered two garden chairs and received two tiny bracelet charms. Avoid.
