beware, 30 days money back is not for everything. Someone made a support request that wasn't authorized to do so. After i see it (10 minutes later) i have close direct the support case and ask for a refund.

Well, they don't. The 30 day money back only sounds familiar but it is not

I have never had an easy time setting up a module. Customer support is out of this world compared to Amasty and some others. I haven't had any problems with the modules, wanted some extra information about configuring. I got it within 5 minutes. Other module makes me usually wait for a day.

Now I will be replacing all modules that I can with Mirasvit ones. I hate when I have modules from different companies.

We use many extensions from Mirasvit, and I have to say how impressed I am by the quality of the Support team. Not being a programmer I am sometimes sometimes confronted with situations that go beyond managing settings. Often the Support team has gone out of its way to provide solutions, and it does that in a very responsive manner. To sum up, excellent extensions but an incredible Support Team

I recently added Mirasvit Search Ultimate module to boost visitors' experience in my Magento e-commerce stores. The module offers first class features to extend out-of-box Elasticsearch and MySQL with autocomplete, spell correction, synonyms, stopwords, score boost, search weight, custom indexes, and translation. These are premium features typically reserved for top-tier big e-commerce platforms. Now the little guys can keep up.

The module also supports the Sphinx engine, but I have no use for Sphinx. There is a fair amount of integration/interop with other Mirasvit modules such as Blog MX, Knowledge Base, and even a few popular 3rd party modules.

Of course, to deal with this complexity, you need tools to optimize and fine-tune settings. Search Ultimate has 2 reports (search volume and terms) and the search validation tester.

Another consideration for me is how well the vendor maintains software. This means my IT investment protection. I was glad to find (change log) that Mirasvit issued 41 releases during last 2.5 years. About 90% are bugfixes, 10% feature improvements. This proves that software maintenance and development is vibrant, which gives me confidence for high performance and interop in the future. Keeping up with base Magento releases is no small task.

This module is a very capable piece in the top-grade customer experience puzzle. Another decent product from a quality vendor. Recommended.

Wow what a great company, been in business with them for many years but this time they really saved us when our multistore with thousand live visitors an hour went down, they got it fixed in less than 3 hours.

All their extensions work great and 11/10 for their tech support! Comparing them to Amasty, Mirasvit is on another level!

I researched and compared several leading Magento extension vendors for RMA and Help Desk to find Mirasvit delivering some of the best value. There are several lower cost or free options, but one of them failed my Magento store to compile. Mirasvit pre-sales was able to answer my questions.
