Absolutely amazing store! We called up to get some advice as we wanted to order online, but ended up driving to the actual retail store, and we were glad we did! Amazing range and expert advice; we got everything we needed, and it was the right sizing

The worst shop l order 21of Feb. Is 2 April no my order no cash back. l call all the time customer service no want help only have one answer'' l dont know" we call back and never call.

I paid for express 1-2 days delivery.
Not only it didn’t arrive in that time frame, I also wasn’t given a refund.
I had to email them many times and they said wait 7 days it’s been over 4 weeks!! They have stopped replying to my emails.
Avoid at all cost!!

If you want hassle free service, DO NOT buy online from this store!

I'm not alone when I say this, I paid for premium delivery and I waited nearly two weeks for it to arrive.

They do not reply to emails unless you call them first. Calling them is the only way to make contact with them.

They do not use a reliable courier, DHL has terrible reviews and for justified reasons.

Ordering online from this store has been a terrible experience and too problematic.

Just AVOID this store online!

Grat shop, felt like a child in a candy shop and the shop owner was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeble

I was proper clueless about getting a BJJ gi for my kids, like no clue at all! I went to this store and got some wicked advice. The staff there were proper friendly and helpful, and they sorted me out proper good with sizing and stuff. Managed to try a few gis on the kids and found the perfect fit.
The whole experience was absolutely mint, and the kids were buzzing with their new gis. Big up to the staff for being so sound!

5 days since I ordered some gloves, absolutely zero communication, I've emailed them via their website, contacted them via Whatsapp. Absolutely zero response, I've contacted them requesting to cancel now and still haven't heard anything back, also opened a case on PayPal.
Absolutely pathetic to be honest, how difficult is it to get in contact with customers?

Heard back, charging me a 10% administration charge for cancelling the order, per their terms and conditions. Absolute thieves, lying about their dispatch time, listing items that aren't even in stock, and then charging you 10% of the order just to cancel it when they don't even have it in stock. Absolute joke, avoid at all costs as there are so many better options and places to purchase from

Worst place to order anything related to fighting.
First I've placed an order to get my gloves shorts and mouthguard, waited for a week and when no one came back to me about it, I had to call them just to find out that appearently it's not in stock anymore and they offered exchange for some bad alternative. If I never called them I don't know if they ever told me that it's not in stock.

Second. I wanted to order something different and they told me they would send me an email on Friday night to place a preorder for a specific set of gloves. I have never recieved any email and when I tried to call them on Saturday I've waited 40 minutes to get connected to customer services and no one picked up.

To sum up - Complete garbage place with staff who doesnt care about customers and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone who has any self respect.

Please be careful with some of these reviews. A lot of them seem like they just spreading unnecessary hate.

I had a small issue with my order I rang the customer service line and immediately I was given an update and since then the staff helped me with any questions I had. The following days they kept me informed and provided all updates via email. My package arrived today and honestly it’s the best quality ever. The Minotaur team also sent me a free gift as gesture of goodwill. I recommend them highly. Look at google reviews and you’ll see they have 5/5 stars with hundreds of reviews!

Really good customer service, had a conversation with a really helpful guy who shipped my shinpads and updated me on when the gloves I wanted would be available.

Awful. Never shipped products then when chased told they weren’t in stock any more. Then had to chase for 2 weeks to get refund.

Great shop to visit in person but absolutely terrible online.

If I could rate 0 I would! Absolutely awful service. Placed my order (275600) on January 7th, I then waited a whole week before contacting them about my order, to be told also that the shorts I ordered for my son were out of stock and offered an exchange for Fairtex ones instead. Stupidly (17TH JANUARY) I accepted and chose the shorts my son likes and went to them. THURSDAY 18TH JANUARY they accepted the swap and I told them they were supposed to be his Christmas gift . This same day I was told “ okay sure, I’ll get this sorted for you and then sent for shipment. Thank you” I then messaged AGAIN WEDNESDAY 24th asking for a refund as I felt I gave enough chance. Sent them screenshot of my order this morning now also so they can see how ridiculous it is now. I WILL GET TRADING STANDARDS ETC INVOLVED

Never answer telephone calls, called approximately 20 times no answer, only answered my email after I raised a dispute against them, and they still decided not to help, had my money stolen I wouldn’t use this company terrible customer service

I brought some shorts off the website for 60 pounds plus the 4 pound 1-2 day postage. I wasn't responded to in 2 days so I contacted on WhatsApp and they apologised for the email not coming through and told me there was no stock of what I brought. But they offered me an alternative. So I politely declined and asked for a full refund, then from there I haven't had any contact. I don't understand why I would be able to make an order and the money go out of my bank for something which they don't even have. Not happy as now I have to spend weeks chasing my own money.

Outstanding service. Staff are always a pleasure to see and talk to. Always on the ball, kind and polite and helpful. Gear and equipment is excellent, everything I need is shipped to me straight away and arrives safely. Would always reccomend them to family and friends.

Fantastic customer service!!! A super friendly and helpful team who are very knowledgeable and will help you choose the right equipment for your needs.
They've most recently helped me with some boxing shorts but I've also bought boxing boots, wraps, and a couple of other bits. Yasser has been a total Legend but the whole team is brilliant! I thoroughly recommend using the Minotaur Fight Store, I won't be going anywhere else, ever!
