Minisforumeu Recenzje

Good service. Quick and concise

Great and fast support response from Minisforum customer support.
Being supportive of my case and helping me every step of the way.

My unit had to be returned for repair and it was returned to me fixed and working in only a few weeks.

On my request, they waited to ship the product so it would not arrive too early. That's good customer support!

after i ordered i must have made a typo as i did not get a confirmation. After contacting customer service everything was resolved within the day without any trouble.

Very helpful and fast response time.
Great customer service overall.

After almost 1 year, my Minisforum mini PC stopped working
I made a warranty claim to the Minisforum factory.
They checked if the mini PC was under warranty and it was accepted ( even it wouldn't, they'd repaid as well) after 2 weeks mini PC was repaired.
Excellent customer service from agent Helen
Note: in few years, I got 3 mini PC from this Brand.
Amazing store and excellent products

Superb tech support. Prompt response to issue. Thanks especially to Tina for her professional and friendly assistance. I couldn’t be happier with Minisforum tech support.

The computer is exactly what I was expecting and arrived quickly, in good shape, and works perfectly. This was a very positive experience. Thank you!

The shipment process was very smooth, and they fully respected the delivery deadline. The product arrived safely and on time. Highly recommended!

This is a powerful, well-designed machine. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance mini PC.

Excellent product, I especially love that all the components are packed into a compact mini PC, and it still runs incredibly fast.

Excellent place to get Minisforum computers and accessories. I had interacted with Ethan from the Sales/Customer Service, he was expectionally patient and supportive, understanding my specific requirements and advising me on solutions, and finally staying with me during the complete process, including after sales support. I highly recommend Minisforum and am already thinking on my next order. Thank you Minisforum for having such excellent service, product and above all amazing staff.
