Nice idea shame about the execution.
Ordered a mothers day product and the ordering system is bad. You can't see your end product so you get what you get. Follow the instructions carefully.

Advice. Pick only landscape style photos. They come out more than twice the size of portrait photos so you have a chance of seeing them. They are tiny
Do do a portrait till rotate and save all the photos first into landscape and then create a roll with those.
I wouldn't mix and match as the pictures would be at different orientations.

Customer service was good but not helpful. When you create more than 1 photo roll you have to email in your pictures. They put mine in the wrong order.

Forget about refunds. They ask you to send your item back. Guess what. They are based in China and that's not shown anywhere on the site.

Actual product is ok. Not a great build. You can't easily wind back the film photos.

Very much a gimmick.
Buyers regret.
Really hate the false advertising saying but in next few hours as sale is ending. It never does. Like the spam emails you'll get daily

I ordered the 10-photo version for my boyfriend with pictures from our trips together, and it came out even better than I expected. The film roll actually pulls out smoothly, the photos were clear, and the whole thing feels really cute and personal without looking cheap. It’s small enough for everyday use but still has that “wow” effect when someone opens it.

Would not recommend, bought a Mother’s Day gift after seeing a promotion on Facebook. Paid for express delivery, and hadn’t turned up 8 days later. The product took over 2 weeks to arrive, poor communication around delivery.
The product was good but not worth the extra cost for delivery, and communication from company would put me off buying anything from them again

Lovely product and a nice momento for a loved one on a special occasion. Seller was very helpful and communicative 🙌🏼

paid extra for expres delivery for mothers days 2 weeks later still no sign of delivery rarly answer facebook messages even if it ever turns up based on others reviews on here im not hopfull its a grab the money and run job dont get scammed avoid

Shocking. Whilst ordering for the "Special Mothers Day Discount", my order shot up to by over £20. I was offered my package for £15.99, but this figure somehow changed during me paying for it. Then, it was supposed to be here for Mothers Day but there's still no sign of it and the tracking doesnt work on the app either. Saw this on Instagram and looks like I've been conned. AVOID.

Unfortunately I'm one of those idiots who saw an Instagram advert. It looked like a great little Mothers day gift from my daughter's.
I still haven't received the product 😂, I'd absolutely avoid anything like this ever again after this, UK based trusted sellers only from now on.
Shocking, please avoid!

Absolutely terrible service , ordered over 2weeks ago for Mother’s Day which is now been and gone

I'm what they call old school I prefer to have pictures I can see and hold in my hand rather than a digital image on my phone that can be lost when my phone gets damaged
I love the idea of an old school camera film that you can pull out to show individual pictures it's a fantastic idea and I will in the future be getting more 10 out of 10 fantastic idea😊😇😊

The item I ordered was exactly as described, unfortunately the late arrival of the parcel meant it wasn’t available to give as the gift for the birthday I bought it for.

I seen the advert on Instagram. I thought this would have been a nice idea for Valentine’s Day so I ordered this on 28th Jan. Unfortunately the item didn’t arrive until 20th February. I have been really disappointed with the quality of the product. Looks cheaply made and the photos aren’t as the advert shows.

Awful! The quality of the photos are so bad nothing like advertised online, they are tiny dull and transparent. Delivery took 2 weeks as it was shipped from another country which is not made clear, I thought I was ordering from the UK. It arrived in a plastic bag, again not as advertised! Over priced rubbish, very disappointed. Not even worth £5 never mind £20! Please don’t be fooled by this company and do not order from them.

Bought this mini scrapbook for my Mum for Christmas. It seemed a great fit for her as it had photos of Dad and was low tech, so nothing to programme or break. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas, unfortunately, and then somehow I managed to lose the clapperboard winding arm and contacted customer service for a replacement as Mum, who is 88, struggled to wind it back without one. Despite it being entirely my fault, they sent not only a replacement clapperboard but a second mini scrapbook. Mum was delighted and keeps one in her handbag and the other in a little display cabinet. So, thanks from me and especially my elderly mum.

All came well packaged. Took a little longer to arrive so it was late but it’s okay. The photos had a bit of a green tint to them.

the customer service was amazing. my order was taking a long time to arrive and i contacted them asking for help. they were immediately very helpful and thankfully my order arrived very soon after. it is beautiful and my girlfriend absolutely loves it

This mini book is the best thing I have ever bought it is so cute and so well made and well worth the price my daughter is going to love it Thankyou so much for your great work
