It cheats everyone, it gives a trial of 7 days and on the very next day the money gets deducted from the account and when we send an email for refund, neither the money comes nor any message from them, they cheat innocent people, this application should be banned as soon as possible.

Dont buy they are reselling a camera (y3000) that you can buy for 45 kr about 5 euros on Aliexpress

I purchased the camera based on a review from Best Consumer Picks.org. Company sent broken camera. When it arrived I tested photo features. I never thought to test charging port. It was a gift so it wasn't used until 1 day beyond 30 days. After 5 emails and repeated requests for the same information they refused to exchange the camera. If I could give them zero stars I would. I should have known when they offered a deal to purchase multiple cameras. Wish I'd seen this site before I bought.

Pretty useless to start with and now the android app does not work AT ALL and I was told "sorry". They had specials to get you to order 8 cameras and memory cards but the app can access only 5 cameras max when it sort of worked - but not well. Now it does not work at all and I was told too bad it's out of the 30 day warranty period ( 7 months out). Battery only lasts about 2 hours and the cord they send is about 6 to 10 inches long

Do not use this company the cameras they send are virtually unusable and trying to get a refund!! Dont bother. They are just thieves.

Absolute shocking company. I returned a minipix camera, as agreed, as it was faulty. Now despite numerous emails I am still waiting for my refund. Claim they have not received the item despite giving them proof.
Excuse after excuse.
All I want is what is owed to me.
Not to be trusted.

This company, if that is what it can be called, is a SCAM!! Ordered these cameras for my niece and they never arrived. I have emailed every contact I could find and they have all come back undeliverable! What an awful thing to do to people.

Scam. Camera does not see in the dark. Goes flat after a few hours. Struggles to connect to WiFi. Dodgy email replied to my email about the issues and did not want to give me a refund. Now they won't reply when I asked where I can leave a review. SCAM.

The product does not even qualify as garbage. This is clearly a scam company that just sells non-working products for a quick buck. The cameras never get a full charge and they never power on. Never even got to see if they worked. Best advice- stick with a known product with a known company because the scammers are out here disguised as reputable businesses.

Rubbish Chinese camera, not British like they said, it didn’t work and made of plastic. Customer service useless. I returned it but never got my money back. They said they never received it - nonsense!

The cameras do not operate unless are plugged in, bad resolution, do not pair easily and get off line several times in minutes!

I'd give this ZERO stars if I could. What a waste of time and money. Didn't even get past downloading the app. The app wouldn't even open to try to set this up. And after reading the reviews, seems that's what most of the 1 star reviews were about. You'd figure the company would get the hint and fix that. But I guess not. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The cameras could not be connected because my internet is 5g. Apparently the cameras are not up to date. To return the cameras I was told I needed to take pictures of cameras and they would send me an email to attach pictures with mailing instructions, which I never received! When I called again it was passed they 30 days for return. So I am stuck with useless cameras and out of $143.72! Don’t buy, ordered Blink instead from Amazon, cheaper and BETTER!

The cameras that they sent do not work. Neither does the app work. Total Scam, they asked me to return the cameras for a refund and kept the cameras and the $. Total Scam!!! Stay Away!

Be aware this company is a scam.

Absolute junk. They advertise high quality high resolution, and ship you low quality low resolution garbage. Bait and switch scam. Save your money or you're throwing it away. Their customer service is crap too. We plan on giving out as many bad reviews to educate people on their fraudulent practices.

Difficult to setup.
App is extremely unfriendly and also cannot reconnect to the security cam after login. The app kept running in your Phone kernel background and need to force it to quit manually.
Mini CAM battery never can be charged up to 100% even u had plug into the power source for 48 hours.
Had purchased the recommended memory card together via ordering the camera. After plug into the camera, it said the memory card is not supported.
In Sum, totally disappointed and waste my money. Suggest other people don't buy it.

Hands down the worst product I have ever purchased.
This camera is pure junk, it's buggy, difficult to set up, worst picture ever, even in full light it's sooo bad. The app that I downloaded form Apple Store, was pure junk, filled with google pop up adds!! Yes the app has google adds all over the place, in some cases making it hard to see what you need to on the screen! Battery life was terrible , I swear 5 min and I was getting low battery error . I called and emailed information I had from the transaction from pay pal, 3 voice mails, 3 emails, zero response . I opened a pay pal case and then I got a response, they wanted me to send this piece of junk back, so I did, refund has been issued so should hit my account soon. In mean time I purchase The Blink outdoor gen 4 cam with battery extend from Costco for 20 bucks more and could not be happier. Oh and the supposed 12000 positive reviews on minipixcamera.com are a joke, there is no way there are that many satisfied customers on earth to think this is a 5 star product ! I hope this company get what they deserve for this miss representation. Im sure they will be gone when that class action law suit hits em.
