Ordered in the 2nd of March, item bit received, sent over 20 emails to them and been told that would send item out , I have had no reply to other emails , do not use this company as clearly a SCAM !!!!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Wenn man die Ware dann erhalten hat, ist komplette Funkstille. Mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme zwecks Retoure erfolgt, keine Reaktion, keine Eingangsbestätigung, keine Erstattung, nichts.
Die Shirts riesig. Ich würde nicht noch einmal bestellen. Es heißt zwar Minimum Germany, aber scheinbar ist das nur der Begriff....Kontakt ist nicht deutsch und....man sollte Englisch können in der Kommunikation.
Sollte sich weiter nichts tun, schalte ich PayPal ein....

None of the email addressed provides work. The packages was apparently delivered to a parcel shop, but no information on the location of this shop was provided. Either a scam or horrifically organized.

Really poor customer service. Want to return an item and their website says to contact them for a return note if you don't get one with the order (which I did not).

Sent them an email and they told me to check the website instead of just sending me a PDF or a link directly to where you need to go. Plus you only have 14 days to return,

15 Euro Gebühren für Rücksendungen?! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen!
Dazu noch 5 Tage Lieferzeit...

Min første (og eneste) ordre blev annulleret mange dage efter. Havde ellers lige fundet et scoop af et produkt. De kompenserede med en 10% kode som jeg i forvejen havde. Prøver ikke at købe derfra igen :)

Apparently, the return costs are 15 euros excluding VAT, which is exorbitantly high. Please take this into account when ordering something and potentially needing to return it.

No refund, no reply after already 10 emails. Such a shame, because I love their clothing. But I would not recommend to order anything here anymore..

Unfortunately similar experience as below. Turns out that they are bankrupt so don’t order if still possible.

I‘m waiting 30days for my refund, i wrote mails, but i get no respond at all!

My advice: DONT SHOP THERE!

Worst online Shopping expirience ever!

Waiting over a month now for my refund… no response at all to my emails. Worst experience ever.

I also had problems with returns and refunds. They have received my return for more than a month, but have neither refunded the purchase price of more than €500 nor replied to my emails.

I would not recommend to order here if there is a chance you might need to return. On their website they say that they will refund your money after a return, but it is now 4 weeks later after my return and I’m still waiting for €220,-. I’ve send many emails and the only reply I got is:
“Due to the change, we are not able to refund our customers placing orders before.
The only thing I can do is to give you a gift card containing the amount you have refunded plus 50% extra.”
After responding that I don’t want a gift card but my money back, I haven’t anything from them. Worst after sales experience ever.

Måtte skrive 2 gange for at få mine varer og fik godt nok 10 % i kompensation, men det er ikke i orden at “glemme” en ordre.
Det er ikke her jeg kommer til at lægge mine penge….
