Here with an update: company is a fraud. They did not return my money and did not deliver the package to my nephew either.

I placed an order for an explorer bundle for my nephew and somehow the shipping address changed it to the billing address so the gift was being delivered to another country (To UK instead of USA) it was entirely my fault and I realized it a bit too late (after the order had already been shipped.) So I contacted the customer support through the email provided and discussed the whole situation. That’s when Marc (🦸‍♂️) came into the picture. He first offered to ship it to USA if I just paid the shipping cost, when I offered to return the product and place another order. He talked to the management and sent me another Explorer Bundle Free of cost to my sister’s address in the USA.
I have never in my life (and I am 30 years old so not even that young) seen better customer service!

I would recommend them to everyone.

I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

Amazing customer service! Had a bit of a situation and needed to change the shipping address. Marc was super helpful, making sure my kid still got her Easter gift. I'm really grateful for their halp!

I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour.

Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

Nice and fast customer service, but horrible fort kit. Cheap and plastic. Looks nothing like what is offered on their page. I got offered 40% refund instead of returning it when I complained. I think they buy the stuff cheap from china, ad a lot (!) to the price and still makes a profit even with the 40% refund.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this microscope really does zoom a lot!

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a mini scope and a fort kit. Both are extremely cheap plastic. The scope does not work to magnify anything - I've tried adjusting everything as suggested and still just seeing a bright, blurry, color block of the item. So disappointing. The fort kit is extremely flimsy and there aren't enough pieces to build a fort at all. I was so excited but now am so disappointed. These were my kid's birthday present and now he can't even use them!! Do not buy this cheap, useless, crap!!!

I do not recommend this company. I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away.
Extremely disappointing.

Jeg kan ikke sige noget om produktet, som jeg bestilte for over 3 uger!! siden. Har ikke modtaget det endnu. Men pengene, de blev hurtigt trukket. Utrolig dårlig kundeservice. Firmaet burde gøre opmærksom på leveringstid ved bestilling, da man jo ikke er vant til så dårlig en service. Jeg skulle have brugt produktet til en gave, men det nåede ikke frem - så flovt !! Handler ALDRIG der mere.

This is a real scam. The pictures are not close to reality. The pieces doesn't fit and are really small. Don't trust this.

The product is not the same as advertised and very missleading. Most likey chinease knock-off products with very poor quality.

The items I received do not perform as indicated on the website. Photos are misleading.

It's clear returns are at the expense of the customer, even when unfit for purpose, but it doesn't anywhere state that return address is in SWEDEN. So you'll spend as much returning the items as they cost.

Haven’t even received the package yet. Ordered over 10 days. Would have never ordered if I would have known it was going to take 2 weeks to get the package

Outstanding customer service.
THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!
