Very happy with entire transaction and speed of shipping (but yet to try the unit)

I ordered the iBasso DX260 MK2, and two days later I had it in my trembling hands! What a beautiful object. I followed iBasso's suggestions and began the burn-in process with the supplied cable (just prior to this process, I did a little listening and found the device was a bit harsh and shouty...one set of dd IEMs was very boomy) after a couple of days burning in, the sound was transformed! In this case, burn-in is a legitimate thing👍. Now all is blissful. This is an awesome device.

Bought some Azla ear tips, which were a great replacement for my Sony WF1000XM6. Ordering process and postage was quick.

Very helpful staff. Went in to simply pick up a pair of headphones I purchased online. I was interested in a set of IEM’s so I was asking about the differences of universals & customs for the applications I wanted to use them in. They answered all of my questions and let me try out a whole vast selection of IEM’s…including a little surgery to retrieve a silicone ear plug that dislodged deep in my ear canal when taking a pair of IEM’s off…the gentleman who retrieved it would make a great ENT surgeon. But overall a quick 2min pickup turned into a 30min experience which I thoroughly enjoyed and learned a lot. Very helpful, knowledgeable and easy going staff. I’ll definitely be back again & can’t recommend them enough!!

Good price for cable, originally thought item was being sent by tracked mail, however just came through untracked. Otherwise item seems fine

The only thing I would suggest as I live in Darwin is a link to use an overnight postal satchel as an alternative to express post. The delivery was only a day later than an overnight satchel but the tracking app does not update in real time so you think you are waiting 5 days when it took 3 days.
Great experience aside from that hope the comment helps. The headphones are very good.

The Tessidera are exactly what i was expecting. I was looking for something that had a similar sound singnature to my LCD2C's but with better imaging, detail and texture and the Tessidera have nailed it in spades.
Yeah, they're expensive, but worth it imo.

The ear scan was helpful, phil was very nice. It is a 3D scan so no need for foam moulds. I was able to purchase and customize my iems in store and order on the same day. Can't wait for them to arrive.
