Great service end to end - from the initial telephone conversations to the first site visit and delivery commitment to the actual job and the end product. We live in a terrace house so always are concerned about getting building work done. The build team were great, shoes off at the front door, total respect for out house and a pleasure to have around for the 2 week duration.
The project was delivered to the cost and time as per initial commitments and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Our experience with Miniature Manors was a complete pleasure from start to finish, and we love our garden room!

We started researching at the end of last summer and initially wanted somewhere soundproof that my husband could use to teach singing in. We contacted three different companies and from the start Richard’s professionalism and attention to detail stood out from the rest. As we discussed our options, we decided to change the use and each time we changed something Richard listened and made helpful suggestions about how we could adapt the space. We eventually received quotes from him and one competitor. There was nothing between them in terms of cost, but it was obvious that the level of service from Miniature Manors was way above the other (national) company.

The team that arrived on site, led by Matt, was excellent. It was during the November lockdown and they were completely respectful of all social distancing rules. We have a small garden and access wasn’t easy, but they were neat and tidy all the time and made it work. They took a huge pride in their craftsmanship and if we asked for adjustments to be made, they would ensure that practically and aesthetically we were making good choices.

The room is perfect for us and the build quality is superb. There have been a couple of times when we have needed to contact Richard since the team left and the quality of the aftercare has been just as good as the service before and during the build. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Miniature Manors to anyone considering a garden building.

I cannot rate Richard and the rest of the team highly enough. The experience from start to finish was first rate.

I wanted a soundproof music studio built in my garden and approached 8 or 9 suppliers. MM stood out from the start. Richard listened and asked questions to understand what I was after, and offered lots of options, everything at excellent value.

The most important factor for me was effective soundproofing so I could make music as loudly as I liked without disturbing anyone. I had confidence that MM had the experience and expertise to get a great result, and they didn’t disappoint. The isolation is incredible, better than I could have hoped for, making even very loud monitors and amps barely distinguishable from a few metres away.

Everything else was just as impressive. The build quality is superb; the studio looks amazing from both the inside and outside; and Richard made sure I was happy right up to the last finishing touches.

A special mention to Chris and the team on site, who were friendly, professional and efficient. They respected social distancing, were generous in explaining what they were doing whenever I popped down with questions or wanting to take a photo of the build, and they always left everything neat and tidy at the end of the day.

I would definitely recommend using MM, whether you’re getting a standard garden room/office or need it to be soundproof. It’s a brilliant investment in an exciting new space that will give you years of enjoyment, delivered by a skilled and trustworthy company.

We found miniature manors (MM)after initially looking at a large national garden room builder ..Green Retreats. We even went to their head office but it soon became apparent that they were all about marketing and selling in volume.

MM however were a local company with some good reviews.

So we had a look at some of their work and were immediately impressed.

The finish and quality of MM build were much above Green Retreats and Richard was very helpful and not a pushy salesman!

So we went with MM and were not disappointed...Richard and his team were top notch. Good communication, hard working, friendly, clean, tidy with a great attention to detail. Often working late (sometimes under phone light!) the quality of the finish was first class.

Whole process was painless and much quicker than that national garden room builder which quoted us a 6 month lead!

I would have no hesitation in recommending MM.

When I first went to see one of the Miniature Manors builds I was impressed with the attention to detail in and the lovely finish. Richard has gone the extra mile to make sure our garden room was just right for us and we are so pleased with the results. We were able to specify exactly what we wanted and the team were very friendly, highly skilled and totally trustworthy. They took on any requests we made during the design and construction and we couldn't be happier. Not only was the end result spot on, they did all this at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Miniature Manors for all things Garden Rooms.

I rate Miniature Manors really highly. Richard and his team were excellent. They had great attention to detail, worked very hard, and didn’t mind our stupid questions. They were flexible and focused on solving any problems. The build quality & finish is great and was more or less the same as the estimate. They were also very tidy and, apart from the impressive garden office, you wouldn’t have known they had been here. I thoroughly recommend them.

Richard and his team were simply amazing from start to finish. Our requirements were different to the norm and they achieved what we wanted without any fuss etc.

I cannot fault the level of service and the quality of the garden office I had built for me by Miniature Manors. From my very first conversation with Richard, I had confidence in the service levels, the attention to details and the way he found a very quick solution (at a good price) for what I needed - e.g. an office slightly narrower and longer than standard. He also directed me to one they were building for another customer, so I could see exactly what to expect.

They booked me in very quickly, and from the day the guys - Owen and Sean - arrived, until the day they finished, the experience was a pleasure. They worked extremely hard, put in full days work, and were extremely respectful of our home, making sure our dogs didn't escape the garden and cleaning up every night when the finished - I'd invite them back any time.

Also, although I knew roughly what to expect, I hadn't expected quite the quality of the build. It was made to measure and hand built with amazing quality and a proper building - plenty of insulation, good quality timber and windows, properly plastered walls and excellent electrics.

They only finished a few days ago, so I haven't moved into the office yet, but can't wait to do so.

I would recommend anyone to having a Miniature Manors home building.
