Should rate zero stars. Scammers.
Ordered product 22 Nov and still waiting. Updates said order in various stages of delivery from USA to UK. Latest update said in-transit from China to UK.
Avoid them like the plague.

Appalling service, they took more money from my account than what showed as the transaction amount, then they sent a useless item tha didn’t fit. Now they’ve ignored about 4 emails from me asking to return the items. They don’t care. Will report to my bank as fraudulent.

Wow ,cannot believe how quick my bras turned up exactly as advertised on social media , the quality is very good to , fit perfectly, happy to use again

Scam company, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Never received my order (ordered in November 25) now told they have resent the item and it will arrive in a few days.. (coming from Philadelphia) I doubt it!
Avoid at all costs. Why companies like this can get away with fraudulent practices for so long is beyond me!

Bras arrived and are clearly undersized. They answered my email stating that I got what I ordered and offered me £4 compensation which I eventually got them to offer me £6. This is clearly how they make their money. Sell rubbish and tell you it costs more to return it than the amount they offer. Avoid at all costs.

I will never purchase anything else from this company. The item eventually arrived and doesn’t match description, tacky too to say the least. Customer service is shambolic!!!

I’m only giving one star as I can’t give zero. Awful company. Cheap good and they say you can return them if you’re not happy and then refuse to let you return them. Avoid!

Ordered a product in November as a Christmas gift.
Tracked the product from America, then it got lost in Birmingham.
I contacted the company and they said I would receive a new package in a few days. Still no delivery 7 days later, and no communication from the company on when I would receive the new package.
STAY WELL AWAY from this company (if it is an actual company) Very poor service.

I ordered a 3in1 hat as a present for my wife on November 20th 2025, Nothing received!!!! i then emailed them twice, once for an update and was told its in transit, i then on the second email asked for my money to be returned, again advised it's in transit that was after the birthday had passed. It is now December the 28th and still nothing.
I am going to contact Paypal for a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For the love of all that's imaginable. Do not even entertain this half shod, plastic company. Express delivery my arse. Three weeks ago I made a huge mistake. Apparently my order is in Edinburgh. I don't live in Edinburgh. In fact I don't live in Scotland. Utter sharletons.

WARNING! I ordered a 3 in one Beay hat over a month ago. Customer service replied to my e mails saying their couriers in America weren't updating their tracking system but that its now in this country and they couldnt say who the courier is. ( really) Ive got my money back as I paid through pay pal.

Same experience as everyone else on here, ordered 7 beanies on 19th November 2025 as Christmas prezzies, non existent tracking, constant excuses, no concept of lost in transit, they just expect me to wait indefinitely for the delivery to arrive. I am guessing it’s a scam and they have simply taken my money, I now need to speak to my bank to try to resolve. 0 stars, avoid at all costs.

I can't believe I fell I fell for this advert and purchased 3 items for the family at Christmas. I ordered well in time to get them for the big day. I emailed them to see were they was after tooing and frowing for 2 months and 17 emails no sign of them. Excuse after excuse, must have been lost, will send again, really sorry they will be there in time, tracking number nothing. I truly wish I had looked on here first. Dreadful company, avoid otherwise you could be out of pocket. I ordered a pack of 3 bras from this company after seeing their ad on social media on 2/12/2025. They finally arrived on 19/12/25. Bras were really badly made. The straps where they’d been sown on the bras were really rough & scratchy. I emailed Mini Stores asking for a return/refund. They asked for pictures of the bras which I sent straight away. They replied saying there are no returns or refunds at the moment. They offered me ‘compensation’ of £2! I declined that then they offered me £6 instead. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so raised a dispute & got a full refund straightaway. Also tax (Trump tariff I assume) was added to the cost of my order which I stupidly didn’t notice when I clicked pay on PayPal. Thankfully all the costs were refunded to me

Absolutely shocking!! It’s been 39 days since I ordered, the website does not give you any ideas where the item is coming from. The customer service is rubbish!! I have had to open a case with PayPal and as of now they have still refused to give me a refund! Honestly, avoid!!

Even the one star is too high a rating! Absolute scam. Standard replies. No parcel. Apparently my parcel is in transit, I think from the moon! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered some Non wire bras didn’t arrive said they were delivery have been emailing the coy for 2 weeks now and they send a generic email saying check with the post office

Dreadful service, had to threaten them with fraud with the bank for overcharging me. Item has been in transit for 10 days and I get told to be patient! I wish I had read reviews before ordering. This has taught me a lesson.Do not buy anything from this store.

They sent me the wrong item and they are expecting me to pay for the return shipping or they have offered to refund me £5 even though I paid nearly £30 for an item I haven't received. This is definitely a scam company and they are refusing to accept responsibility for their mistake. The communication is atrocious and I would caution you to never trust them

SCAM ALERT 🚨 THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM- AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO GOODS DELIVERED, NO GENUINE COMMUNICATION , ONLY FOBBED OFF CONSTANTLY SAYING ITEM IN TRANSIT, 3 WEEKS ON AND STILL NOTHING!
HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK DIRECTLY FOR A FULL REFUND.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED AND REMOVED FROM SELLING ANYTHING, A TOTAL SCAM . I AM SO ANGRY AND ANNOYED I FELL FOR THIS ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
