My mother bought the bottle for me in birthday present.
when i put water in it, it started leaking water from the bottle.
I asked for the invoice, and the order on the email. and she looked at me and said " NOt sure you can get i contact with them".

I tried. And after 3 days i got a respons. They asked me to send a video or pictures of the bottle.

I did. I askede for my money back.

NO respons.

They are gone.

Cant get in contact with them!

Purchased a shower head for my salon. It was late arriving and I had to chase but it arrived eventually 3 weeks later. Communication was difficult and I was worried I had been conned. The shower head looked great initially and was easy to fit. Sadly it flooded our electric shower within 1 hour of use and broke the shower system completely as no hot water would come through. Had to get an emergency plumber in and buy a brand new shower unit and new shower head. Please be aware that the shower heads with the stop start button are not designed for electric showers. This is not advertised on their website, had it of been I would never of purchased this. It ended up costing me over £300 to rectify. I did send in a complaint email which has been completely ignored 3 times. They just sent me a refund for the shower head, probably to try and get rid of me. I would not recommend this company.

Sent out a faulty product, will not process a refund or a return it’s been 5 weeks now trying to deal with them. Awful company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE U WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DONT EVEN CARE. They say they have sent it give u a tracking number and all but when it says delivered its no where to be found they have told me that they have sent out a full shower head set i have 3 packages that have been supposibly delivered today but nothing again

After reading these old reviews, I was a bit sceptical but then still decided to go ahead with the order. And I must say that the experience was amazing. The showerhead itself was of a very high quality .. frankly better than I had expected it to be and worked as it said. I had bought the turbo fan shower and love the way the water comes out. The stones make the hard water softer as well and it seems to have made a difference in my hairfall.

Scam! Ordered on 2nd April, no product received. Have contacted twice and opened a claim on PayPal
