You can also visit our Grab & Go shop at 79 High Street, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3ET. We cater for a range of tastes including gluten free and vegan. Could do better....

Japanese restaurants are few and far between in East Lothian so Minato Sushi is welcome. Having lived on and off in Japan for the past 45 years, I think I know good sushi when I find it. I have no problem with your fish, but what really lets you down is your rice! I'm not sure what the problem is - either buy better quality or learn how to cook it better because it's always hard. Please do better!

Absolutely fantastic sushi experience with Minato Sushi!

Absolutely fantastic sushi experience with Minato Sushi! 🍣 The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour — easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in the area. Ordering was simple, delivery was on time, and the communication throughout was excellent. I’ve ordered multiple times now and have never been disappointed.

We ordered a range of sushi for new year celebrations and it was just wow!

Delicious fresh sushi

Delicious fresh sushi, lots of varied flavours including sides and desserts. The Valentine’s rose was a cute touch too!
