Love the Ari House bed! My toddler has slept great in it from day one. I have 4 stars instead of 5 because mine was a preorder that was supposed to arrive early August but it didn’t arrive until mid September.

A new-product paint or finish odor can sometimes be noticeable after unpacking, particularly when the product has been enclosed during shipping. It should gradually fade with proper ventilation and allowing the room and bed to air out.

The delivery service and quality of the bed are poor.
The delivery service was poor. It took longer than the estimated delivery time, and for several days, we could not get any updates about the location or status of our shipment.
The bed is also not as sturdy as advertised. The railings are very wobbly, especially when my son shakes or pulls on them, which is concerning. The gate mechanism is not user-friendly either, as the gate does not open or close easily.
The assembly process was also more difficult than advertised, and some of the pieces did not fit together properly. Overall, considering the price, I am disappointed with the quality of the bed.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the bed and it came over three months past the original delivery date with absolutely no communication whatsoever. I decided to purchase a floor bed from Wayfair which is SIGNIFICANTLY better quality and I wanted to return the Mimi bed when it finally arrived.
I have the bed and mattress sitting outside unopened waiting for pickup for my refund and the courier hired by Mimi beds hasn’t arrived as scheduled on three separate occasions. I asked for my refund as I shouldn’t be held financially liable for their poor service and I get zero response from the company other than them continuing to schedule pickups that never follow through. I will be contacting my credit card and disputing the charge. Save yourself the headache and purchase through another company like Wayfair who not only responds but the quality is significantly better AND if you need a refund they are excellent with their clients.
Mimi beds is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We’re really happy with our Mimi Bed! The quality is great - it feels sturdy, well made, and looks beautiful in our son’s room.

Fast delivery, easy assembly. We bought the dreamcatcher bed and it's been a lifesaver! We also purchased the wooden baby gate, very versatile. Comes with lots of attachments and easy to set up. Great quality very happy with our purchases.

Misleading Product Descriptions
The bed came without slats and it was unclear in the description that there would be no slats. It was also a Comfy Cub bed, which was not disclosed on the Mimibeds website.
