Super customer service

Super customer service, from Ginny, knowledgeable and friendly too! She made the time to phone me to say she had my item back in stock. Completely different attitude to other companies I contacted. Such a breath of fresh air!

Very helpful about the product and delivery etc plus, my parcel arrived the very next day!

I will be using this company again.
Really impressed.

Don't watch live auctions

She clearly had her favourite clients who if you bid first you don't get it anyway. This has happened on several lives and the last time I was first on approximately 8 popular items and got none because her regulars got them. Won't be watching again and I know one other person feels exactly the same. They will blame the time delay!!!!

Hello, I am sorry you feel this way. You have been purchasing from us since feb 2022 which is over a year now. It is a shame that you feel this way, but i cannot help that people requested the items before your comment showed and therefore you are dissapointed in not getting items. As you mentioned the £10 rail is a popular one and so items are highly requested. We always make sure its first come first served and im sorry that this is not to your satisfaction. Thank you for your custom over the last year.

Another excellent experience

Yet another brilliant experience from the team at Millstream Saddlery.
Quality items at super prices. Ginny lets you know about sizes what fits your size or whether the clothing comes up small/big. I've never had to send anything back. Super 'lives' & website which is easy to navigate. The more you buy the more points you accumulate to spend on there website which is a good incentive.
