They are totally dishonest. The dresses they had online looked exactly like linen but when I received them they were nylon. Also Millie's said total refund but I could not return dresses and have received no refund.

In the FAQs is this statement: "May I return the item if I don't love it? Of course. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. All items must be unworn and in their original condition."
The 3 garments I sent for turned out to be utterly revolting, made of some slithery, slimy fabric -- and not until I tried to return them did I find that I was being told either to send them to China, costing around £50, or to accept an offer of a partial refund, starting at 10% and over a series of emails working its way up to 50%.
I have not accepted the refund and I have reported the company to Trading Standards.
This is clearly Millies business model: provide VERY CHEAP CLOTHES AT HIGH PRICES, AND PERSUADE THE POOR SOD WHO FALLS FOR THEIR TRICKERY TO KEEP THEM AT A REDUCED PRICE.
Ordered a jumpsuit and the item that arrived was nothing like the photograph and awfully cheap material and poorly made also sizing is ridiculously small.
The product was not cheap.

Dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered , absolutely disgusting that you can be made to think your buying from a great company and turns out to be some Chinese rubbish . My advice to anyone tempted to to buy DONT. And can’t send it back Rubbish
Awful company. The top I received which certainly wasn’t cheap looked NOTHING like what turned up. Such cheap horrible material I wouldn’t be seen dead in it. They say they will accept returns but only if you pay postage to China!! It leads you to believe the company is in the UK. Eventually I settled on a 70% refund after negotiations. Don’t waste your money. The top will go to charity shop but I doubt if anyone would buy it from there.
