So grateful for the ease of maneuvering through the website. Booking flights is usually a source of anxiety for me. It was very easy to plan our trip to Europe and the savings were phenomenal!

Vague and confusing booking information/communication
Booking of flight was vague and confusing with the email confirmation. Original email did not have the reason for not providing airline confirmation number. It should be explained prior to booking of flight that official airline confirmation number will not be provided until info is submitted to airline via MilitaryFares and only after airline has confirmed availability of requested flights will that confirmation be available.
Luckily, I am very experienced with traveling and am resourceful enough to figure out why I did not receive an immediate confirmation number from the airline.
Also, the email confirmation from MilitaryFares is poorly written with punctuation errors and unnecessary capital letters used throughout. It makes it seem as if it's a spam email because it's so poorly written/put together.

Pricing Updates
The customer service was phenomenal and quick to respond. However, the site provides prices (some extremely low) and whenever you select, it says none available and updates to current higher prices equal with many other booking sites. It would be nice, if they fixed this so I dont keep selecting fares that aren't available
