I would give this 0 stars if I could. 12 weeks I have had scaffolding up around my house. No contact from Milestones for 3 weeks. Ignore my calls and emails. The roofers left cigarette butts/packets in the gardens, 100's of nails lying around and still have leftover debris in my front garden they have not collected. There was damage to property in my garden whilst putting up the scaffolding also.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. :(

Can i give them 0 stars? the WORST company i've ever come across. Currently 9 weeks over deadline. Damaged property, nails left everywhere, not finished the job, ignoring ALL contact from all parties involved. Cigarette butts and packets left scattered all though the garden etc. You'd have to pay me to hire these absolute CLOWNS. avoid at ALL COSTS.

How these clowns get away with their shenanigans in 2025 is beyond me.
DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY
dope smoking, 12 year old children working on site and intimidation towards an elderly disabled resident who questioned their behaviour.
Their work was that bad a second contractor had to come and rectify their disgraceful lack of workmanship !
Absolutely shameful way of trading from their management who could only give excuses to the self employed team on site !
Stay away from this company is my advice as there are decent companies out there.

If this is the construction company - awful

If I could give this hideous company zero I would. They have targeted me with constant and persistent antisocial behaviour in and around my home with their sub contractors. They basically set their subcontractors Global Scaffolding on me then they ignored my emails and pretended they didn’t know it was happening and to provide proof which i did then they tried to cover their back by telling my HA they couldn’t make them stop and one of the foreman stood outside my bedroom windows on our garden taking pictures of two of the scaffolders swearing dropping f bombs all of them. They only made one person never return but the other one continued to intimidate me and use foul language at me and he had a fight worth one of his colleagues in our close dropping f bombs and other residents heard him. Absolutely awful unprofessional aggressive behaviour.
During the first week in February AJS their roofing contractors replaced three roofs really quickly but from day one they knew who I was because Milestone had pointed me out to them even though I was indoors they kept looking over at my house all standing in a big group of people, around 13 of them, three of them were their foreman’s and bosses and they purposefully blasted excessively loud music near my house whistling walking down near my house and being rowdy. Despite them being told by my HA they ignored all orders of stopping their asb and loud music and both AJS and Milestone tuned up the volume on their music and started whistling when I came out of my house and then they shouted intimidatingly. They are screwed as I have compete proof videos and audios my HA have seen and heard and I am prosecuting both AJS and Milestone for this. Beware if you see a female living on your own expect to be targeted by these bullies.
They promised to clear up but they have left a ton of nails green all over the side of our close as well as building materials and both AJS and milestone have dumped crisp packets and empty cans of drink all on the shrubbery of our front gardens, disgusting! They haven’t any respect whatsoever and they have breached their contracts by behaving disrespectfully and blasting music in a residential area they don’t live at.

Work commenced the 22nd July they over took our garden for access with skips and scaffolding lorry. Promised all damage would be rectified on completion. We were without tiles on our roof for 6 weeks. Lots of leaks to ceilings and promised they would be sorted. We are now the 1 st November we have holes in gable end front and back of property, tiles not fitted correctly. Now being ignored be their liaison officer. (The only contact number we have!) housing association are also ignoring me as they can't get hold of the lead tech from their own team. Do not let them use your gardens make them get a permit for skip to go on road. We had a portable loo for weeks unused in our garden. The whole summer my children couldn't play in the garden due to no one tidying up the debris or around skip area, nail, screws broken tiles. Yellow staining to ceiling from water coming through damaged felt. Poor roofing company got the backlash from the tenants, but they did all the could do with milestone not ordering correct amount of tiles and poor quality tiles. I would like the issues rectified in a timely manner not left not knowing what's happening!! Tried making contact daily to no avail.
