The service we got on the day and follow up e-mails from Ellie has been very good. Ellie took her time to go through what the different options were.

Excellent service.

Very considerate and friendly. Explain all the options and staff all have patience. It doesn’t matter if it is your first visit or a return visit you still receive excellent and courteous help.

Kerry spent 2 hours booking our dream holiday her attention to detail her passion about travel and wanting us to have an amazing holiday at the best price.

Great company to deal with phone call from Jon was very professional thank you

Helen Fisher was a lovely, helpful ,lady. She was so patient, kind, and secured me an extremely good booking . I will be booking a cruise with Miles Morgan again.

We were greeted on arrival, and as Rachel who we were dealing with was engaged, were offered a cup of tea whilst we waited. Rachel was, as always, friendly and helpful. She went through the options available for the holiday we were looking at, spoke on the phone to the company to clarify some points. We then booked our holiday and left happy with the whole experience.

Marvellous service and well informed staff
