Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable travel agent. She was very thorough and went through everything with us. Nice warm welcome when going into the shop and felt at ease straight away. Highly recommend this travel company and will definitely be using them again.

Cruise 2027 booking.
Chloe made me feel welcome at the outset and was extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The experience took out the stress of booking myself. Colin the manager made me a lovely coffee. I cannot recommend this travel agency highly enough

Jo was very helpful and knowledgeable as a disabled person I have certain needs to be able to cruise these were fully explored and resolved with the cruise company to allow us to make a booking. Wonderful service made to feel very welcome and given all the time we needed very patiently done we will be coming back in the future.
