Every time we go in to book they are always pleasant and know what they are doing.

I was immediately greated with a warm smile and asked if they could help me. The person I dealt with was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my queries and dealt with my booking in an efficient manner, explaining the process as we went along. The whole process was effortless on my part and I left with all the confirmation paperwork I required for the dream cruise I had just booked. I have no hesitation in returning to Miles Morgan and infact, this is the fourth cruise I have booked through them. They are my first "go to" Travel Agent.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I am particularly impressed by Fiona Fortune, who is a sympathetic listener, as well as being very knowledgeable. She is efficient, tenacious and friendly.

All of the Office staff were very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Offered a coffee while waiting for response on phone. When we got home decided to change the holiday slightly, gave them a call and it was dealt with efficiently over the phone. Painless.
