Made to feel very welcome and all staff very polite and very helpfull

It turned out somewhat confusing but based on the fact that Freya helped in every way should could, we eventually reached a satisfactory conclusion. At first couldn’t understand why so many agents concerned

Jessica was very helpful while my friend and I booked a Caribbean cruise. Very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and also asked the others in the agency for their opinions! She also booked our holiday to Sicily last year and did an very good job

Went in to Miles Morgan Gloucester to see about booking a short cruise for my special birthday. Had a couple of options i wanted to discuss and sat with Conor to go through all the options. He spent time going through all of them with full consideration to my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and left with my cruise booked. Excellent service as always from the team at MMT Gloucester.

We were glad to be able to see Jessica who has dealt with us since we started booking cruises with Miles Morgan. She is always so friendly and willing to spend time advising us on anything about the cruise. The whole team at Gloucester are very friendly and Connor the Manager was also able to give us advice as he had already sailed the cruise previously. They all work so well together asking help from each other in the shop. We have booked our last three cruises following presentations with Ambassador and Viking. (looking forward to more). We have been cruising a few years but decided we would try other types of cruises. We were offered tea or coffee when we arrived. Jess keeps us informed of things as people of a certain age tend to forget things🤣. We real liked that they could tell us real life experiences of the different ships and companies. Definitely a good move by Miles Morgan to get them the experience to pass on to customers.. We left very happy customers.

Jessica soon sorted the holiday I was looking at, asked the tour company about a couple of requests I had.
I left the branch happy that I had decided to take the trouble to go to Gloucester on the bus, call into MM, book my holiday through them, and not book it on line.
