I leave 1 star because 1 star is the bare minimum. I am going minus 1000000.
Can anyone explain to me why this company is still operating? The quality is shit, I got 10 times better stuff on Temu at a third of the price.
My worst purchase in 2024, This is a perfect gift to ruin someone's Christmas

I have been in the DIY industry for nearly ten years and have always been open to trying new products. However, my experience with Mileseey has been extremely disappointing. The precision of their products is significantly off, and the after-sales service is downright embarrassing.
Given the high prices, customers expect comprehensive support behind their purchases, but this company completely lacks any follow-up service. Once the product is sold, it feels like they are done with you. This experience has shattered my confidence in trying new products.
While I wouldn’t claim to be an expert in the DIY field, this feedback reflects my genuine experience with Mileseey. I cannot recommend their products based on my interactions.

I initially backed a product from this company on a crowdfunding platform, hoping to get something innovative. However, I quickly realized that their products are nothing more than copies of Reekon’s designs. The shipment was delayed repeatedly, and it took several months before I received anything. After receiving the product, I encountered issues and reached out to customer service for support, but they completely ignored me. I thought maybe I was just an isolated case, but after looking around, I found out many others had the same terrible experience.

The customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to help resolve any issues. I will never purchase from this brand again. Reekon’s success isn’t just because of the great products, but also because of their excellent after-sales support, which builds real loyalty. This experience has taught me the importance of doing thorough research before buying from any brand. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I bought the P9-300M and love the feel of the product, as well as its features and accuracy.

I think this company's products offer good quality for the price. It has trustworthy value and is worth buying. I recommend purchasing it.

Bought the portable thermal camera for Android.
Product was very reasonably priced and performed better than expected. Arrived in time expected.

Delivery took over a month. I you want to use the 30 day return policy. You don't get any responses on a e-mail. Send multiple e-mails

Respectful communication exchange with Mileseeytools re: delivery delays.
Thermal monocular and monitor work well and provide better entertainment than the television in the evenings.

Didn't know product was coming from China. Would take way to long to get it..needed product sooner. Found this out after completing order. Tried contacting you folks right away. To cancel order and get a refund. I was ignored and toyed with until shipping label had been created and product shipped. Then was contacted back finally. To be told Oops to late to cancel and refund cause product has shipped. So now have to wait a month for the product. When needed it few days ago. And can't order from anywhere else cause can't get a refund to be able to use the money wasted with you folks to order from somewhere else. Horrible experience working with you.

Replying to mileseey reply. No it is not yet delivered. I ordered tnv30 and the added offer of the rangefinder to come with it. The range finder was delivered from another ( unknown to me where) location. The tnv30 thermal viewer is yet to be delivered. And as far as an email with a return address have not at this time received that either. You keep throwing excuses at me instead of solutions. The tracking number I have shows that the order is still in China. Has been for the last 15 days.

The product has excellent resolution and capabilities.
I deal with hobby electronics, but it can also be a useful companion in detecting building insulation problems.
A good choice for the price/value ratio, but it could be even better with a few software modifications.
