Hi Dayna, we sincerely apologize for the frustration this screen timeout issue has caused you during your round.

While the device doesn’t have an option to disable screen timeout completely (this setting is designed to preserve battery life for full 18-hole rounds), you can extend the display time to the longest available option by following these simple steps:
1. Go to Settings > Screen Off
2. Toggle Screen Saver to Off
3. Select the longest available duration: 15 minutes

A quick note: Extending the screen timeout will use more power, which may slightly reduce your battery runtime during a full round. We’ve also logged your feedback about adding a full "Always On" option, and our product team will review it carefully for consideration in future firmware updates.

Hi! We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing first experience with your new device, especially when you were so excited to show it off to your golf friends—that’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have.

Here is the exact solution for the screen brightness issue:
1. Once the device is powered on, swipe down from the top of the screen. You will see a brightness adjustment slider there, and you can slide it left or right to set your preferred brightness level.
2. If the brightness slider is grayed out and cannot be adjusted freely, it means auto-brightness is turned on. Please go to Settings > Brightness, first turn off the auto-brightness toggle, then you can manually turn the brightness up to the maximum.

If this does not resolve the problem completely, please send a short video showing the issue directly to our customer support team. We will look into it immediately and resolve it for you as soon as possible.
