Richard of Miles Byron Estate Agents works very hard for his clients, and their purchasers. We have just sold a house in Swindon using his services and could not be more pleased. He marketed the property very skilfully. We had a large number of viewings in a short period of time and several offers. Richard helped us find the best candidate to proceed with who came from well outside the Swindon area. 
Our purchasers were also very grateful to receive his help and advice as first time buyers.

Being a first-time home buyer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard at all. My journey to find my first home started over a year ago. Going through a few estate agents and multiple viewings, I did not have any success. The property I purchased is the first and only property that I viewed with MILES BYRON. Nothing beats Richard's speedy communication. I can say that he is an amazing person of integrity and humbleness with passion and dedication. From valuation, to the attention to detail he took in taking the pictures to the consideration and flexibility around viewings we knew we had made the right decision straight away.

He was prompt at answering any queries and super efficient at arranging viewings and our listing. He was always available and able to get involved for us when things weren't going as they should. He was as persistent as we needed him to be when chasing details through numerous solicitors and agents and thoughtful when explaining some of the complexities of house buying. You didn't have to chase him and you felt you were always dealing with someone who genuinely cared. I can only imagine how great he was at showing our prospective buyers the house and I genuinely felt he had our best interests at heart and that really can't be said for many estate agents!
