Richard has been great throughout the process of selling our house, very efficient, personable, and the communication has been great - always calls back and always quick to update you. Sold the house within 3 weeks of listing, and has continued to manage the process since the sale was agreed. Often providing more clarity than our solicitor could. Highly recommend.

I have recently bought a home from Richard in Swindon. I found him very professional and easy to contact throughout the buying process. He was available all the time , night or day or weekends for any questions. I have been looking for a home for more than a year and wanted to move before a set date giving less than 2 months from start to finish. I was not sure that I would be able to complete on time but Richard did make that happen. I used his recommended solicitor and mortgage advisor who both were again excellent and I didnt have any issues at all in dealing with them.
