An absolute waste of time. The company does not deserve their supposed good online reputation. No call back. No email. Does not answer telephone and when I called their .... buy tickets line ... the woman was too bored to answer my questions. Never again!!

Seamless experience! I reached out to MilesBuyer about selling my Bonvoy points and they responded very quickly and offered me a great price. I also spoke to Sheer by phone and she was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. Once I accepted the offer, the price we discussed was in my PayPal account within a few minutes.

Total time waste and useless experience. Ben is a real time waste after asking for all details and password for the account has zero knowledge on reading statements or assessments. I would recommend to avoid the company and Ben specifically.

very nice experience I had with them.. I was very reluctant at beginning but gradually we built a trust relationship, and all went well.. I had gathered some miles in Flyingblue that I couldn't use, so I contacted them, the amount offered seemed reasonable, so then I sent them screenshot to prove those were my miles, and after some technical details I received via Paypal the amount. (remember paypal takes a fee - that is normal). So - I highly reccommend them

Beware of this group. In my case they asked for additional things which are unrelated and werent mentioned on their website or introductory email. Absolutely no reason for them to request logins to someone's social media to "verify" identity. Wasted 2 days with these guys and had to change the passwords I gave them.

I had 110,000 Virgin Atlantic miles which I wasn’t going to use any time soon. I got quotes from milesbuyer and flipmymiles - milesbuyer offered about 10% more. Process seems pretty easy and I now have a chunk of cash in my Paypal account. I wait and see what happens next but so far it seems like a good way of monetising an asset which would otherwise have probably been forgotten ....
