I had a cortisone injection for my shoulder, and the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone there is really lovely and friendly, and really know what they are doing.

The diagnosis and treatment was very quick and the injection itself was virtually painless. The treatment worked perfectly and I was pain free in under a week.

The ongoing review and physio has been very good as well. I will recommend Varney Green to all my family and friends who need physio in the future.

Hope all is well just wanted to give you a brief update of where I am following my recent course of physio and the ultra-sound guided injections you administered to my knees. Around 24-hours after the injections the inflammation to both knees seemed to ease and a lot of the pain I had been experiencing subsided which has enabled me to be a lot more mobile and up to now relatively pain free compared to before.
I still have the odd day when my knees are a bit stiff and painful normally following a busy day when I have been on my feet a lot but nowhere near as bad as before the treatment and injections.
Not sure how long the effects will last but having the injections has been a positive experience for me and I would encourage anyone in a similar situation to try them if you recommended it.

The attention to detail and to me as a person was 5 star *. I started off very nervous as having fell and broke my wrist at 67 years old. Steve not only treated me in the physio session but gave me detailed instructions and emails for work to do at home. Nothing was too much trouble. My Orthopaedic Consultant commented on how (unexpectedly) well I had recovered mentally and physically - thank you Steve at Varney Green! 5 STAR!

I was diagnosed with sciatica. The pain was unbearable and I urgently needed some professional help. Steve Kirman looked after me and made sure of my full recovery. He explained the problem to me and he came up with a program, which helped to palliate the symptoms. The lifestyle changes he recommended to me along with the exercises he gave me to do at home, contributed to my recovery as I quickly started to notice the pain in my back and my leg subside. Steve did a great job, he made me feel very comfortable and I felt like he was there for me whenever I needed his help. I definitely recommend Steve Kirman to anyone who experiences pain and discomfort.

I visited Varney Green Physiotherapy due to a pain in the arch and heel of my foot. I was seen by Steve Kirman the Senior Sports Therapist. After an initial consultation, Steve diagnosed the issue and commenced treatment. After a total of 5 sessions, including being given a number of exercises to do at home, the pain has gone and I even managed to walk up Mount Snowdon due to the treatment I received. I would highly recommend Steve at Varney Green Physiotherapy.

Steve @ Harlow VG was exceptionally knowledge, helpful and friendly. I had back pain that prevented me from fully enjoying sports. Steve, through his programme, helped me deal with. He also provided an excellent programme and structure for recovering from my achilles rupture. It is an injury with a long road to recovery, but the VG team have not only shortened my journey but made me enjoy the journey. Highly recommend!

Steve was fantastic to me, understanding the limitations and pain my severe sciatica was giving me, working around these limitations to relieve me of the pain. He showed empathy throughout my sessions and thankfully due to his care and correct treatment I am recovering well. All the reception staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

The customer service was excellent. Reception staff always ready to advise and help. No question was a problem. No phone call was ignored. I have had 8 sessions with Steve the Senior Sports Therapist who did a brilliant work. He made my back pain disappear. He made the physio very enjoyable and very professional. I feel much better. Thank you Steve and all employees.

This is such a good Physiotherapist ,I came to tom with a shoulder issue and ongoing pain which was effecting me at the gym for 4 years. After 2 months the pain has completely gone. I can't thank tom and his team enough.

The Varney Green practice is a very welcoming place to visit and get well.
I’ve only had treatment with Aimee and she has made me confident that my back pain will in time be eradicated. She is warm friendly and knowledgeable. The whole practice displays a realistic attitude to what’s affordable. A high standard

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Really relaxed atmosphere, Aimee helped get me on my way back to full fitness in a just few sessions, would highly recommend!

As a marathon runner I get regular injuries and Tom Green is always my go to Physio for help. He is so knowledgeable, friendly & professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He has got to the bottom of every single injury or niggle. I can highly recommend Tom and I know the rest of the staff are fantastic too. Keep up the good work guys 👍🙏

Tom has worked patiently to resolve my shoulder/ neck problems and recently administered a steroid injection, which he confidently and successfully done with his normal cheery way.
Tom and the staff are always helpful and polite and the practice is calm and welcoming.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful offering several appointments.
When I attended I was called in on my appointment time.
Sam was very gentle as I had a lot of pain. He worked around what I was able to do and explained everything before he carried it out.
I had 4 appointments and by the last one I was back to where I was before I injured myself. He did not make more appointments than were necessary.

Well what Sam has managed to do for me has been amazing. Hands on approach with massage to my lower spine & neck coupled with acupuncture. The difference meant that while getting over a car accident & continuing to work as a gardener would not have been possible without Sam's help. I can throughly endorse coming to this practice with very friendly receptionists & staff.

Visited Varney Green Physio as I had a problem with my knee which was diagnosed quickly as Bakers cyst. Aimee was professional, friendly and very supportive. She gave me exercises to strengthen the knee and leg. Over a 3 week period there was massive improvement, and good value for money.
