We used James and the team at Mike Pero to secure a land and build mortgage, our application was far from simple with a lot of complexities to it. The teamed managed to get the results we were after and I would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing team they got , James, Dean and Donelle are amazing , specially we really love the hospitality, understanding , patience of Donelle, she never make us feel like stranger , we always felt close and connected and that made our journey so wonderful and even after 6 month of our purchase she is still working for us to sort out the will and insurance which was extra miles for us , you guys are truly amazing 🤩
