Jennifer was truly the backbone of my home buying experience - she was helpful, patient, and extremely communicative. I was extremely unexperienced with the whole process but Jen never made me feel like I was an idiot for asking what were probably pretty stupid questions. As a first home buyer, the whole ordeal can be pretty overwhelming and there's a lot of admin involved - I'm not always great with staying on top of emails but she was really great at nudging me in the right direction and keeping me in the loop about the entire process.
