Done a great job very tidy and helpful.i was shocked at the price. But it's been a long time since I had a new one.but went ahead and very happy with what was done.crazy how things have gone up in price.would recommend

I was called back within an hour of leaving my details on the website (on a bank holiday).I was told the engineer would be there next day.First thing next morning Paul the engineer contacted me with the estimated time of his arrival. Paul is an excellent engineer and did a great job, would recommend.

Paul was excellent. He installed plastic bird spikes to my TV aerial to give my driveway and car peace from bird mess. The job was all explained clearly before starting and finished promptly. Very pleased with the result!

Great service from start to finish. Prompt response to my initial online enquiry and new aerial installed later the same day. Efficient and friendly installer who retuned the TV to ensure it was working again. Would highly recommend this company.

The apointment was made easily and Ross came 2 days later. Right on time and did an excellent job. I needed a new part for my dish to complete sarellite reception. Ross was able to supply and fit and then installed my Freesat box on my new TV. Very friendly and helpful. Full marks. I would recommend them

My recent experience of Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite company was absolutely fantastic, My 92 year old house bound mother who stays around 100miles from my home which is on an Island, had no signal going to her tv from her satellite dish, I called Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite company who answered my call immediately and within an hour had an engineer out at my mothers house to make an assessment of the problem. the assessment was further and highlighted the problem which was then repaired there and then, The cost was extremely modest and the service second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring aerial or satellite work done, my 92 year old certainly appreciate the speed in which this job was handled. Thanks again for a great service

I left my details online and received a call back shortly after. The technician called on the morning of the appointment to let me know when he’d arrive and turned up within the time window he gave me. He was friendly, professional and quickly fixed my satellite issue, as I wasn’t receiving any channels at all. The price was reasonable too. Very happy with the service.

Within half an hour of asking for an engineer, I was contacted by one who was with me half an hour later. Checks were made and problem was diagnosed, dealt with and paid for in the next hour. Very efficient service and repair out if the way. Appreciated.

This prompted me to respond quickly with my requirements and the very same day I was advised that an engineer would call out at no charge and remedy the problem as quickly as possible. Later that day your excellent Engineer, Pablo from Edinburgh called. He was so personable, knowledgeable and efficient that he was able to say immediately 'I should be able to remedy this for you today'. Having made various checks on TV's as well as the internal attic aerial he knew exactly what was required. Having given his quotation which I immediately accepted, and confirmed that he would attend to the fairly major repair required immediately, as he had all necessary equipment in his well stocked van - he had everything repaired and working far more efficiently than ever before within one hour. A true professional gentleman who was so mannerly. He is a true credit to your firm and endorses the exceptionally high quality service your provide.

Luke was our engineer today and quickly ascertained the problem. Our old analogue tv aerial had a large part missing and needed replacement and our satellite dish, although still working had a crack in the LNB which could lead to problems if water penetrated through the crack. Luke explained that it wasn't imperative that the dish be replaced as it was still working. We decided it would be best to replace the both the aerial and the dish and Luke carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and helpful and we were very happy with the great and speedy service we received.
