Beval cursus - Relaxed bevallen vanuit Regie - Angelique
Wij hebben bij Angelique de bevalcursus ‘Relaxed bevallen vanuit Regie’ gevolgd. Ik kan deze cursus, uiteraard gegeven door Angelique, bij iedereen aanraden die een kindje verwacht. Angelique neemt je in meerdere lessen mee door de verschillende fases van de bevalling. Zelf zag ik erg op tegen de bevalling, maar dankzij de kennis, kunde en verschillende video’s en oefeningen heeft Angelique mijn kijk op bevallen volledig positief weten om te draaien. Angelique kijkt goed naar wat je als koppel / zwangere nodig hebt en past haar lesstof daar op aan. Ze zorgt voor een veilige en ontspannen sfeer en neemt de tijd. Dankzij Angelique gaan mijn vriend en ik vol vertrouwen de bevalling in, iets wat ik niet had verwacht dat ik zou kunnen. We zijn Angelique erg dankbaar en gunnen andere koppels en zwangeren dezelfde fijne ervaring!

We have had such a wonderful experience…
We have had such a wonderful experience doing a private prenatal course with Angelique in English. We have had the opportunity to spend 2 mornings with her going over the course she prepared and going over all the questions we have asked her before the course. Her approach to pregnancy and labour is so holistic and we have felt so heard and seen. She made us feel so much more prepared and reassured of the whole process which for us, expats, was such a god send as there was a lot of information we didn't have before this course. I admire her passion and her teaching skills, making us ready to embark in this journey feeling very prepared, powerful and in charge of our own birth process, putting an emphasis on advocating for yourself and empowerment.
The whole process was very thorough with emails before, in between and after each course to ensure we have access to the information shared during the course and then some!
She is incredibly kind, supportive, knowledgeable, we could really feel a lot of care during the process
We would highly recommend her courses for anyone who is interested in prenatal classes, we couldn't have wished for a better teacher and person than Angelique for this process.
