Perfect, no more plastic tubes!

My dispenser and toothpaste arrived today, I couldn’t be more delighted! The dispenser looks great, a beautiful matte finish and the toothpaste is perfect. It’s so good to know that I’ve said goodbye to endless plastic tubes.

I have been absolutely thrilled with…

I have been absolutely thrilled with moving to Mighty. Not only is it a great taste but it feels cleaner, fresher and healthier. The dispenser is so much prettier in the bathroom than a plastic tube and eco friendly. Why wouldn’t you love this product!!! I do. X

Love the toothpaste, love the dispenser

I have a lot of time for this company and all they stand for. I've had a similar issue to many others (placed an order in Jan and didn't receive) - but on contacting customer services I've received really friendly personal replies each time, and my issue has been fully rectified. As for the product, it's brilliant - the new dispenser is fantastic, better than the original, and the toothpaste itself is really good. And I LOVE the lack of toothpaste tubes in our house!
Don't be put off, I think they've just had some teething issues with the dispenser and have now made it better. I highly recommend, I might order a second one for my weekend bag 😁

I have had a long standing problems…

I have had a long standing problems with bleeding gums, gum sensitivity and inflamation and plaque build up for a number of years. I tried all the recommended toothpastes and dental care to no avail. So - I looked into the meaning of the coloured strips at the bottom of toothpaste tubes and realsied my problem was most likely an ellergy to some of the contents. My next step was investigating chemical free toothpaste. I eventually picked out Mighty Toothcare as being a standout winner on all fronts. After four weeks of use I went back to my dentist and hygienist for routine check up. They were amazed at the improvement. Very minimal plaque build up, no bleeding from the gums and no visible signs of gum irritation, in fact my teeth were healthier than they had been for the last 6 years. I can truthfully say that I put it down to the Mighty Toothcare paste. Oh and it comes in a stylish eco friendly container that the recyclable toothpaste insert screws into. All at an affordable and competitive price. Whats not to love. And no I wasnt paid to write this!!

Great eco toothpaste

Great eco toothpaste - the new dispenser they have just sent out to me is a very cool upgrade as well 😎.

Highly reccomend if you are looking for a more sustainable alternative to the standard stuff.

Excellent customer service!

Although initially the communication was not very impressive, I then received excellent service.
A new dispenser was sent out promptly. I enquired as to where the refills were that I’d ordered, and got an extremely quick response and all was sorted.
When all is said and done, this is an absolutely terrific product. I love the toothpaste and the new dispenser is much better than the old one.

Exceptionally poor customer service

I'd love to comment on the product, but two months after placing an order, nothing has been received - and no updates have been provided by the company to explain why. My email asking for information still has not been responded to - exceptionally poor customer service. All this while the company continue to state under "delivery" on their website, "We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it before 4pm (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from the moment of dispatch." Clearly not. Extremely disappointed. Avoid!

You mentioned information on our website regarding dispatch timelines - we’d genuinely appreciate if you could point us to where you saw this, as it’s not reflective of the messaging we’re currently sharing with customers.

We’ve also looked into your case and can see your previous email unfortunately landed in our spam inbox, which is why you didn’t receive a response at the time. That’s now been picked up and replied to.

Your order is part of our upgrade to the new V2 system, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched which will be within the coming week as mentioned over email.

If I could give zero I would. I cannot comment on the product as I ordered and paid in January and received nothing but placatory messages which have now worn thin.
Cannot recommend and would like my money back please.

As part of this transition, I can see you’ve selected to be upgraded to the Mint V2 dispenser. Dispatch of these upgraded orders is beginning this week, so yours should be on its way this week if it hasn’t already been sent.

On subscription from Mighty Mouthcare…

On subscription from Mighty Mouthcare and ran out of toothpaste 6 weeks ago. I requested the date of my next supply to be brought forward and the money went from my bank account on the 16th March. I received an email on the 21st March to say April for the delivery. April has 30 days so with no fixed date I have cancelled the order and subscription and as the money I’ve paid is refunded.
I know they have developed a new unit for the toothpaste but if there is a production problem they should have still supplied toothpaste that fits the old unit instead for leaving people in limbo.
It was a fantastic idea but you can’t let people down.

Charging subscriptions and no delivery date

I have two subscriptions for every three months , one for my husband, one for myself.
I was charged on 12 March at £28.80 and have now been told to expect delivery in April.
This is not the first time delivery has been delayed with this company. I am now without toothpaste , have paid £28.80 with no assured date for delivery .
Not good enough - is it actually legal to take payment when you do not know when your product will be delivered?!

Ordered at Christmas and was informed about the delay in delivery. However, when I decided it was taking too long I reached out to cancel and received no reply. The product then came but faulty and still no reply. I want a refund or at least a product that works!

Taken money with no goods delievred

Cannot comment on product as none were received. Were charged 3 times over 6 weeks with no items received. Customer services have responded and processed refunds.
