Like many people I got lured in by the cheap offers only to be stung by the additional delivery vouchers which I have now seen make the items more expensive than getting them from Amazon. I also recently went for a Mega Box 5 to see exactly what you got for your money. Their advert is totally misleading with pictures of SMEG kettles, tablets fitbits etc. My Mega Box turned out to be a mini envelope full of cheap Xmas cracker crap. Do not deal with this company. I shall never buy from them again.

Refusing to exchange a garment which was sized on the site as my size but was far too small. They have no customer service except to refuse to except returns and seek any reason to do this. Do not deal with this company . Goods shoddy and refusing returns leaving you out of pocket

i bought a clothes airer. Was told on site it folds down . Well the shelves do fold but the item is still standing up. Its no use to me and no one replied when i asked to return it. Would not be using the site again..

Initially everything was straightforward. But then I ordered 2 gnomes. I received one voucher. I paid delivery
Then received an email informing me that I had to redeem said voucher
I clicked on the redeem voucher button and nothing happened!
I contacted them about this, no response
I also ordered balloons for Valentines Day. But when I went to redeem he voucher for the balloons, again, nothing happened!!!
Again I sent an email regarding this; again, to date, no response!!!
Customer Service is non existent!!! No phone number to call, emails are ignored!!!

I have ordered before and know its a risk but have received what I requested. However bought the
New Years Mega Mystery Box - 5, 10 or 20 Items to say it contain cheap plastic crap that was totally useless is an understatement. Will now never buy from them again. It's dodgy as hell.

This is the response I got when I asked if I could return bra I bought that was too small !!! They offered me 1GBP COMPENSATION!

Made my purchase, not good. Wanted to return and refund they offered £2. Absolute joke as a company. Please do not buy from them

Ordered boots early December still not arrived. After bombarding them with messages they said goods due to arrive 28th December, nothing yet! Messaged again asking for money back again, assuming a SCAM company!!

Waited ages for delivery - slow boat from China. When they arrived I realised they'd published incorrect sizes for the UK - I ordered 2XL and this should have been swamping me as I'm an XL. What I received was much smaller. I couldn't zip it up. So onto the resolution centre (hidden at the bottom of their web page). This is the stock replies you get ...

(This is only on the package, not the garment). Have sent pics but no reply to that then you get the same stock replies.

The fact is the goods are faulty and poor quality as they do not fit! The reason that they do not fit is that they published Asian Size charts for the UK market. A UK 2XL is 4XL in an Asian size chart! (I found this out after the fact). Mighty Deals/Discount Experts are incompetent at ensuring the published materials are relevant to the UK market.

Have returned the goods and now just want the correct sizes or a refund but no one is taking ownership. They have no customer care chat facility on their website nor does it refer to the Facebook facility where you can raise Chat there. Currently following this process and will report back results.....No response whatsoever, after 36 minutes! Useless!

They send you wrong sizes and can't get hold of customer service or even find a return address. But from what I am reading wouldn't matter anyway probably wouldn't get a refund anyway.

I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING A REFUND FROM PAYPAL BUT ONLY FOR THE GOODS - NOT THE POSTAGE. LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. EMAIL RECEIVED TONIGHT & THE AIRPOD 3RD GENERATION EARBUDS ARE STILL BEING ADVERTISED!! THE COMPANY WHO TOOK MY MONEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED. THE COMPANY SUPPOSED TO BE SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT BENZBAG TOLD ME THE PARCEL HAD ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED!! ACCORDING TO EVRI THEY HAVEN'T TAKEN RECEIPT OF A PARCEL WITH THAT TRACKING CODE!! Paid my money. Waited for the delivery, nothing. The company wrote that the goods have been sent and received. Offered me a refund of 20% as a goodwill gesture. 😂

Paid for a speed device still not delivered poor service no one to contact

Bought a bed off their site , no bed has arrived £260 out of pocket at the moment never buy a bed off this site or from komfet beds who were supposed to deliver my bed.
After numerous e mails still no delivery now not answering e mails

Although the discounts appear very good, for example short sleeve linen shirts were on offer, looked really nice, I thought I would order 3 different colours. HOWEVER, you can only order one at a time so 3 shirts would represent 3 seperate orders and 3 seperate voucher codes AND THREE LOTS OF POSTAGE which equated to MORE than the price for a shirt. I am sure the 3 shirts would be posted in the same package so WHY 3 (THREE) LOTS OF postage. That kind of eats away at the good value. This is a sneaky way for Mighty Deals to make some EXTRA SNEAKY PROFIT. Not honest in my opinion.

I bought 6 items I got only 2 items, no email address, no customer service, there's no way to get 😢 my money back. They're FAKE, they're taking advantage of people vulnerability. 🙄

The quality of the product is very poor when they advertise saying that you are saving 50% 0r 60% thats all rubbish .The items they sell on their webb site is of poorly made no finish . And they are cheap imitation so please don't get tempted by the price and you have to pay the postage to send item back. So end up paying postage twice is it worth it. They take long time to reply.

Wasn't happy with my purchase.
Totally different item to what I thought I'd ordered. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. Wanted me to return it but I wasn't doing. Offered me 5% discount asked for 10% and it was a no. Will never use them again and stopped e mails arriving on at least a daily basis.
