Bought an iPad from Mighty Deals for my husbands Christmas which is when we discovered it doesn’t charge. Contacted Customer Services 3 times with absolutely no response. Have used them several times had some good items and some absolute rubbish but will never use them again.

Ive been waiting for over 2 months for some Christmas presents and my daughter still hasn’t got hers yet, the last of my money is with this company and I’m getting to think it’s a scam and thousands of people have lost all thier money.
I don’t think I’ll be shopping with these ever again.
They need to be investigated.

Oh Lord... I ordered something before reading all these shocking reviews. Immediately went onto their site to cancel - within five minutes, before the order will have been processed and my money deducted. Their complicated procedure and unclear confirmation emails made me think something wasn't right, so checked here. Why should you have to redeem a voucher, when their emails and site advertise an item at a specific price? What is the point of the voucher which you have to redeem after ordering, rather than just selling at a discount price?

If you want to cancel, the only way of contacting them is the online form and there isn't a dropdown for cancelling your order, so I had to click on something else and tell them I wanted to cancel in the text box (but their cancellation policy looks really complicated also).

I have also emailed the third party company to let them know I want to cancel. I don't have much faith that my order will be cancelled, but if it is I will come back and report. Or, if I end up not being able to cancel and receiving the item in good time and it is of reasonable quality, likewise, I will update.

Edited to add that the auto-reply I got from the third party company was from China, so probably this is why things take so long to come and might be in bad shape when they arrive.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 months on I still have not received 2 orders I paid for- a bracelet and headphones. No refund either, even after sending several emails. I will never ever use your service. Buyers beware 😡😡. Voucher details sent already to mighty deals.

Horrendous company to deal with. I purchased four Solar System Optical Illusion Lamps for childrens Christmas presents in November and only one arrived. It is impossible to contact them. Total scammers, people like this should be in jail......

I don't know who would give this company 5* I'd give it minus 5*! Absolutely shocking, had to get in touch with them due to not receiving item, told me I'd have to wait another 7 days just for a reply off the supplier! I ordered an essential oils humidifier that apparently it was meant to be £69 down to £5.99, there is no way on this planet that its worth £69 let alone £5.99! Cheap and nasty piece of tack! Looks like it's worth 99p from the sale box at poundland! So not waste your time or money! Stick to wowcher, Groupon or ebay!

One star only..ordered a bracelet for a Christmas gift on the 23rd November said 5-7days and still waiting

Ordered 3 charm bracelets from here at £6 each paid £5.99 P+P per item on 12th November nothing has arrived. Emailed and was told to wait until 2nd December did so and still nothing. Emailed again no response I am not raising disputes with PayPal to get my money back and reporting them to trading standards. Disgusting customer service and company.

On the 19th of november we purchased 2 iPad mini one of them arrived but the other one couldn’t claim nobody is contacting back to us actually whoever sent back an email saying that there is nothing they could do , absolutely horrible if you don’t want yourself a headache do not ever buy anything from this people they are liars they are stealing your money!
I have a valid voucher till the 19th of December but I just couldn’t claim it nobody is getting back to us supposed to be a Christmas gift we order everything on time , I’m telling you this is absolutely horrifying!

I ordered some boxer shorts, size XL. I waited ages for them to arrive despite paying over the odds on postage. They arrived, size XXXL. Contact over return - nearly impossible. Beware........

Ordered item and read it would take 14 days...
14 days has passed and NO item! Contacted them and was promised it had been dispatched. I asked for a tracking number which they gave so checked and surprise surprise, the delivery company are still waiting for the item - how if its already been dispatched???
Re-contacted them and gave them this information but they are adamant it is on its way! They then asked me to wait a further 7-10 business days!
Really helpful when it is for an Advent Calender!! If and when it actually arrives it will be too late!

Don't buy from them. They don't deliver the item. Don't even reply to your email. I have to fight for my money.

Shocking company, take your money, do not send the goods out, do not reply to e-mails. Should be prosecuted !! Trading standards need to move in here !!

I ordered an item a couple of months ago and I still haven't received it. I've emailed them repeatedly but keep getting told its in the post. Do not buy from them - they are obviously crooks.

Ordered a battery operated oral toothbrush with accessories paid for then paid for delivery too and now its been to long and not received? Anyway emailed them told me to get in contact with the main mergent? So sent me link to message them so i have done a few times and they don't reply at all so I'm thinking I wanna call them so im rooting around on google I find a phone number so I ring and it rings few times then goes to voice message left voice message few times now and still no reply? This is no way customer service its theft in my eyes disgrace. Summat needs doing asap. Oh my days I've recieved it today eventually. No thanks tho because I feel if I never mithered would i of ever seen it. They only posted 3 days ago says a lot hey how long this is still a awful company in my opinion people. Beware people

I purchased earbuds from this company through an advertisement I saw on Pick My Postcode. They arrived and looked perfect. However, they will not charge and are, therefore, useless. I have written to the company, e-mailed, and complained to PickmyPostcode. PMP gave me a link to help me to deal with my problem. I cannot get through to anyone as they ask for a password, which of course I don’t have. I have been let down by two other online companies and lost quite a lot of money. I am now very wary of buying Christmas presents on line but, of course, cannot go shopping. I think these companies are diabolical in treating us like this.

I wish I'd have read the reviews before placing an order. I bought something weeks ago paid for the item then through email paid for the shipping still have not received my purchase and there's no way to track or get intouch with anyone to see where my purchase is, I have emailed but they've sent no reply, I feel like I've been ripped off, im going to have a baby in a few months and the item I bought is essential for baby so im probably going to have to spend again but not with this site. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Dont bother with this site I wont ever again.
