Je tiens à vous féliciter de vos pratiques trompeuses, voire une arnaque très élaborée.

Après avoir passé commande et payé une avance, j’ai été contacté pour m’informer que le téléphone n’était finalement pas disponible, alors qu’il était affiché comme tel sur votre site. Depuis, aucune réponse de votre service client malgré plusieurs relances, notamment concernant le remboursement de l’avance.

Cette situation est totalement inacceptable et donne clairement l’impression d’une pratique trompeuse, voire d’une arnaque.
Si vous n’êtes pas capables de gérer correctement votre site, vos stocks et votre service client, il aurait été préférable de ne pas le créer dès le départ.

Arnaque. Service après vente indisponible... Mauvaise gestion quasi indispensable....

J’ai commandé 3 fois sur ce site.
À chaque fois, ils changent la couleur des produits (2 téléphones et une Samsung Galaxy Watch 8).
Il n’y a aucun échange, aucun retour et aucune réponse.
Faites attention.

Achat de Samsung Buds2 chez Micromagma. L’écouteur droit était défectueux (décharge rapide). Le vendeur n’a pas répondu malgré plusieurs messages. Le centre Samsung a refusé la garantie car le produit est importé. Aucune solution après-vente proposée. Très déçu du SAV.

Salam très mauvaise expérience achat d'un téléphone qui ne se charge pas bien sûr comme tout le monde le service après-vente n'existe pas seul un numéro de téléphone qui ne répond jamais après plusieurs tentatives j'ai dû déposer une plainte auprès des autorités compétentes l'enquête est en cours...

J'ai déposé une plainte aupres de la DCP et la FMDC est hamdoulah ils étaient a l'écoute et une enquête est en cours

Honestly an incredible experience. Really surprised that so few people know of this website. Purchased a phone, a tablet and a TV from here, my friend purchased a new phone as well. Delivery and other requests were handled through Whatsapp, everything was as advertised, on time and handled professionally. Incredible prices and service

Very bad experience, wanted to buy a phone they confirmed it but after 2 days they said it was out of stock. Very bad client support. I do not recommend

Terrible website. I purchased a Galaxy Watch 7, I received a confirmation call saying I would get it by tomorrow. It's been a week, and I still haven't received it, and the support is ZERO. I messaged them multiple times on WhatsApp asking when I would receive it, but there were no answers or explanations. Funny enough, after this, I checked this website, and the only review is a one-star from a customer who purchased the same watch and also didn't receive it and that was in 2024 so a year passed and they still SUCK.

I had a disappointing experience with Microgama while trying to purchase a Galaxy Watch 7. During checkout, I was presented with two payment options: pay on delivery or pay a small amount upfront with the rest due on delivery. I chose the second option, but I found this payment method confusing and unnecessary.

Two days after placing my order, I received a whatsapp message from customer service informing me that the item was sold out and that the seller hadn't updated their inventory. They assured me I would receive a refund. However, the next day, I noticed the same product still listed as available, from the same seller, which felt misleading.

I decided to buy the watch from a different seller on the platform, but it has been five days with no updates or responses regarding my order.

To make matters worse, the website’s user interface is frustrating to navigate. There’s no option to create an account, which makes tracking orders or managing purchases a hassle.
