Opening the package felt like I just got a gift. The branding is amazing but the matcha is the real star! I ordered multiple but Hiro is my favorite. Best matcha I’ve ordered until now.

Ik bestelde de Haru Matcha van 100 gram…

Ik bestelde de Haru Matcha van 100 gram op 11 juli en het is inmiddels 20 juli en hij is nog steeds niet aangekomen. Ik heb 103 euro uitgegeven en nog steeds geen Matcha, dus daarom geef ik één ster. Hoewel ik uit Spanje kom, heb ik geen informatie over waar mijn pakket is.

We zijn erg blij om te zien dat je je pakket om 11:36 uur op 22 juni hebt ontvangen. Onze excuses dat dit pakket twee dagen later werd geleverd dan de voorgestelde vijf (werk)dagen. Deze tijdsperiode is berekend op basis van een combinatie van onze eigen gemiddelde levertijden en de aangegeven levertijd van de vervoerder. Om teleurstellingen te voorkomen, wordt deze aangegeven tijdsperiode voortdurend herzien en regelmatig bijgewerkt.

We waren verrast te zien dat je de geautomatiseerde berichten met de verzend- en trackinformatie niet hebt ontvangen, zoals je zou moeten hebben. We kunnen alleen aannemen dat dit misschien in je spamfolder terecht is gekomen of dat er mogelijk een typefout was in het opgegeven e-mailadres? Op het moment dat we je feedback op Trustpilot zagen, hebben we je alle trackinformatie opnieuw gemaild. We weten niet zeker of je deze hebt ontvangen, omdat we verder niets van je hebben gehoord?

Om ons proces verder toe te lichten: we monitoren de prestaties van onze vele internationale verzendpartners zeer nauwkeurig en evalueren specifiek de waarde versus prestaties. Zoals je kunt begrijpen, variëren de betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de service sterk tussen landen, dus het is een flinke klus. We evalueren de prestaties met als doel de meest betrouwbare koeriersdienst mogelijk te hebben tegen de meest redelijke prijs voor onze klanten. Voor alle regio’s worden de verzend- en verpakkingskosten door ons gesubsidieerd en in de meeste gevallen (zoals bij je bestelling) zelfs gratis aangeboden. We zullen in de toekomst zeker kijken naar de mogelijkheid om premium internationale verzendopties te integreren.

Delicious matcha and great service. Had a bit of a mix up with my order but it was sorted out super fast by Filip and Mark. Amazing customer service as well. Thank you! Will order again and recommend!

One of my favorite Matchas

I am a big fan of the Matcha from Michi. We met these guys in Amsterdam on the market and they were super nice. They have a great Matcha selection and I really like the design of the packaging. I just reordered a 100g package of their Hojicha.
