I bought the clearvdiew glasses, when i received them i could see that they are just cheap glasses and they were not working as promised. I immediately asked to return the product for a refund. They told me to wear them for a few days as they should adjust to my eyes. It did not improve and again i asked for a return and a refund, i was told to send a photo and video, which i did. Now they only want to give me 20% back or i must return the product at my own cost to China. I paid R849 for two pairs. This is just ridiculous, i need to warn everyone about this scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE HUGE SCAMMERS!!!!

I ordered the Youthblend Colour adapting foundation. What utter crap I received. Claimed to cover blemishes acne scars and to even out your skintone. Did absolutely nothing as promised. Received a different name on the product. When I emailed to complain and request a refund,Michelle came up with crazy excuses. Did not adress my complaints about the product, instead offering 30%discount on a future purchase. WHAT A JOKE!!!.Will never purchase again. Im just sorry I didnt see all the bad reviews before I purchased. God will deal with her and her scamming.

The worst online shopping experience ever impossible communication with this company as Michelle-Smit is a scam ordering from a warehouse in China representing a company in South Africa not honoring a 30 day money back guarantee expecting the client to pay for the shipping back to China.What you order and what you receive is not the same. Beware!

Shocking.

I smelt a rat when the delivery was delayed .
It arrived and the product turned out to be substandard and way too expensive . It was a cheap Chinese knock off.

I contacted whoever is operating this email via email and this person has been doing everything to avoid collecting the items for return under the CPA.

They are a scam. Get your bank to reverse the transaction .

Absolutely disappointed with this supplier false advertising scam artist. Purchased the paw pad reuseable pet mats and it was nothing like advertised. Will never purchase anything from them again.

i see Michelle and her crew as profesional scammers to clients in south africa. i have ordered and paid for goods through her ,then it was the one excuse after another and refusal to refund me. i will also report her to the athoroties as the public should not deal with her or her company

Misleading product description and disappointing customer service.

I ordered what was clearly advertised as a "Repair Coating Spray" in aerosol cans. What arrived were ordinary containers that require application with a brush. The entire reason for purchasing the product was the convenience of a spray application.

When I contacted customer support, I was first asked for photos and shipping details, only to be told afterward that I had received the "correct product" and that only the brand name had changed. This explanation completely ignores the actual issue: the product delivered is not in the same format as the one advertised.

Changing a brand name is one thing. Sending a brush-on product when customers expect an aerosol spray is something entirely different.

Very disappointing experience. The advertising is misleading, and customer service seems more interested in defending the shipment than addressing the customer's legitimate concern.

I would not purchase from this seller again.

Do not order from them! Product is not as advertised. Total dupe!!!!!
