Excellent service department
My experience is through using the service department to repair jewellery and service/repair watches. The staff and service are always exemplary. One watch (a Longines) had to be sent back to Longines as it was a bit specialist. The service/repair was unsuccessful (by Longines) but Michael Jones' took control and got me a successfully overhauled and working watch. Even to the point of collecting it from and returning it to my home, some miles away from Northampton..

The staff with whom we dealt were professional and informative. Michael Jones replaced the mechanism in my Longines watch, explained the options I had to achieve this, the length of time to carry out the repair and whether the watch would have to be returned to Longines.. The watch was cleaned and the repair was completed in less time than specified and at the price quoted. Thank you for returning my favourite watch to me..

What can I say apart from 5 star quality 5 star customer service and 5 star value for money. I have had 2 bespoke items made from MSJ and the quality is better than any jewellers ive ever seen.
